Exceptional Stay Experience!

The property is neat and clean. The room size is good. The food is good. Services are ok. Minor issues with bed side phone, washroom hands-pray in my room. This room seemed to be not used for few days so it had damp and musky smell when i checked in on 4th aug as it is monsoon season in vizag.

There are not many varieties of breakfast. I can't connect to wifi in the evening, let the hotel give help, say no one, wait until 9 o'clock in the morning. 9 people have checked out. The service level is a lot worse, although you go to live, a sir, the service is too slow.

GGuest User1. The hotel is very close to the airport and can be reached in more than 10 minutes;
2. The doorman of the hotel will open the door and help carry luggage to the front desk to check in;
3. The hotel room is very clean and spacious. It will provide 4 bottles of pure water, slippers, bathrobes, bath towels, towels, toothpaste and toothbrush.
4. The hotel is noisy near the main road. The car horns can still be heard when the windows are closed and the curtains closed. Indians like to honk when driving.
5. It is still a sound insulation problem. The sound insulation of the room and the room is not well done. I arrived at the hotel at 11:30 in the middle of the night, and it was 12:30 after washing. The TV sound next door was still loud and people were very noisy.
6. Because the itinerary is very fast, I have not experienced the hotel's other services, so I will not evaluate it.

PpallaviIt was great stay, we stayed for 5 nights. Breakfast is really good and has variety. In other restaurants too the food quality stands out. Staff also are friendly and well behaved.

GGuest UserGot a good deal in online .. really we didn't expected . Very good hotel and fare was good. The staff were very polite and the breakfast was grand. The rooms were really comfortabe and good. The property was clean and hygienic. Special thanks mentioned to Mr. Dhanunjay for early check-in. Definetly we ll visit again. Kudos to al staff.

GGuest UserLocation wise this hotel was very good. Our room had all amenities. Hotel provided us complementary 1 l tr mineral water on first day and 2 ltrs. Mineral water on second day. They also provided us complementary tea/coffee sachets both the days. Overall i was satisfied. Welcoming every family members to stay in this hotel. I was staying with my family one & half day.

They understood my needs and acted accordingly as we stayed with our 9 month old baby. we are very satisfied and happy with the hotel arrangements and would be recommending anyone to stau here.

GGuest UserRoom is very neat, though spent a night it's was a good stay. Just 3kms away from rk beach & easily accessibility to public transport. Can also book uber or o la or services as you wish. Overall very good place to stay just 1. 3 kms away from visakhapatnam railway station & more or less 2kms away from visakhapatnam busstand. Thank you dwarka inn team would like to stay again in future trips.
