Hotel ambience is good and the staff is very co-operative. However, i request hotel management to request its visitors to not to disturb the fellow visitor while staying. Do's and don'ts should be displayed in the hotel promises so that every visitor is informed about what is expected while staying.

The room was clean, property was nice. They let us stay a bit longer without any fee. Manager is very well behaved. Locality is very peaceful and away from hustle and bustle of the city. However, some points to remember before you plan a visit; 1. They do not have their in house kitchen, they will be ordering food from a third party. A bit pricey but taste is good. 2. Rooms without sea view weren’t provided with kettle and tea sachets. 3. They give you premix tea, which i think is a bit of disappointing. 4. They provide paper plates with food.

The room is small and not enough to accommodate family of 3. The complimentary meal is very restrictive in nature and you are only allowed to choose from an option of 2. Besides, we had requested for a small room for only a few hours following check-out for an emergency situation involving our 2-year old baby before flight boarding. We were always denied requests even when we agreed to pay.

Bathroom is so small hardly 7’x 2. 5 ‘. No normal tap in bathroom. But bucket is there. To fill the bucket the hand shower is the only source. When asked, manager told luxury hotels do not have normal taps. Only 5th floor has some distant sea view. Not below than 5th. Boys in the hotels are very good and prompt. Only because of them i did not give rating as poor. They are well behaved and courteous.

The service was so good that they could sit back, relax and enjoy the experience very good, and our stay was so relaxing
