Overall a good stay, but could have been way better. The hotel is at a good location, but property needs a serious upkeep and proper maintenance. Commode had cracks, carpets were dirty/had stains, Sofa and chairs had stains & were not comfortable to sit on. Front office executives were very co-operative, housekeeping staff were prompt, restaurant team was amazing. Food was pretty good.

We had a very pleasant dinner experience as we tried the buffet as well as Ala Carte. The quality of food was superior as usual and the taste satis our pallets. The chat counter included in the buffet stood out for us the most. We were hosted by Mr. Murthy and he was a thorough gentleman that treated us to great hospitality.

I had another good stay at the hotel. However, I had a problem with the reservations department refusing to honour my company booking agreement, and insisting to my admin team that there were no rooms available when they were telling me on the phone that there were rooms available, which meant I had to book online instead. Despite this, it did not affect the comfort of my stay once I had arrived. The level of service from the hotel staff was very good.

Great stay......so happy with the service of Pallavi, Gayatri, Priya, Chiranjib, Vinay ,surya.....they did their best to ensure my parents stay was comfortable.....will visit again for sure…….Will recommend everyone about this property ….

Staying in Fourpoints is really a memorable, the staff were very prompt and attentive. Food was soo good and pool was awesome. Looking to stay more in the future. All the best and kudos to you guys. See you guys soon probably in the next month..🙂🙂
