"Magnifico y hermoso lugar en medio de un bosque en Renaca. Muy agradable el fuego de las chimeneas en el comdero y el bar. Mi hijo Roberto se entretuvo mucho en la mesa de billar junto al bar y la chimenea. Delicioso spa y masajes que recomiendo . Estupendo desayuno completo y variado con muy buena atencion a la mesa, no buffet como en la mayoria de los lugares. Muy seguro , ideal para descansar y alejarse del ruido , en medio de la quietud del bosque. Simplemente TODO MAGNIFICO! Viajamos por 2 semanas y estuvimos en 3 diferentes lugares pero debo admitir que BOSQUE DE RENACA ES EL MEJOR de todos!"

"Buen alojamiento, antiguo pero limpio, personal muy amable, lo que me molesto es que en el desayuno me preguntaron dos veces el día domingo de qué habitación era y el desayuno no estaba listo a las 8:00 am, pero el desayuno bastante bueno.
Sugiero mejorar el horario del desayuno, empezar a las 8:00 es muy tarde para los que vamos a trabajar o estudiar en fin de semana."

"It’s a good idea to visit the Sheraton in Viña! Outside the window is Viña's famous Waffle Castle. The V balcony is perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset, and the view is very good!
The hotel's service is very good and responsive to all requests. Self-driving parking is also very convenient. The breakfast category is quite complete and the ingredients are relatively healthy.

MMarceloThis hotel is located in a popular eating district, it can be noisy during the day, but as a traveller that don't stay indoors all day it didn't bother me just that the noise starts somewhat early in the morning. At the time I stayed there was road works that made noise more a problem. The staff are friendly and they provide a simple breakfast for guests, that is ok to start the morning with.Its close to the metro if you want to ex[plore Valparaiso and a short walk to the Casino that leads to a nice walk next to the beach ( about 10 mins to the casino) The Bus terminal from Santiago is also close by and its not far to walk, about 1 k (about a 10 minute walk)
