No hot water for 1 days

Good hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Decent location. Would be better if water was provided in the rooms. Breakfast was good enough. Would recommend.

The service was horrible in the face of contingency, we could not check in on Friday the 2nd, because they were without electricity, water or food, they did not give us an answer or solution to be able to stay (since we were with 2 girls), we had to return to our city at dawn without being able to use what we had reserved.

As for the hotel, it is almost new. About the service staff at the reception, they are friendly and helpful In the hotel restaurant, the attention of a girl with bad will refused to provide an ice bucket to take to the room. His argument was for COVID protocols!

A safe and quiet area to stay although need to walk at least 10 min to the beach and other attractions. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Great spot not too far from the beach & main downtown dining area. Loved the outdoor patio by the pool & restaurant.

The hotel was well situated about six blocks from the waterfront with many good restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores within a 7-8 block radius. Attractions are within walking distance. Public buses, which are very easy to use, stop within a block of the hotel and can be taken to Valparaiso, Reñaca, Conćon and anywhere in between. Stayed here for 7 nights and was our base for daily travels. Hotel is modern, spacious, very clean. All front desk, restaurant and cleaning staff were excellent. Breakfast items were plentiful and delicious but remained the same over the duration of our stay. Room and hotel interior areas were all very clean. Area is very safe and comfortable to walk around at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, clean, modern, walking distance to most interesting places in Viña del Mar, bus transportation to Valparaiso convenient, cheap and across the street from hotel. Breakfast had adequate variety and good quality. Facilities were very comfortable. Staff were there to make your stay comfortable and pleasant and they are fluent in English which helps!

This property was amazing from the rooms and staff, excellent and I’m very picky.

Staff and service is very bad. No clear instructions. We asked for laundry and we received two different answers: same day and one day. Nobody explained to us that we have to pick up the laundry at front desk. Because we paid in advance nobody at front desk explained to us that we need to register our credit card for any additional service (restaurant, drinks, etc). Then we went to restaurant and we didn't have our credit card with us and we had to go to the room at payment time. Bryan at front desk was very good. We asked for a cappuccino during breakfast and the machine is damage for two consecutive days. We left then we don't know when is going to be available. Breakfast started by 6:30 am. Today we went around 7:30 am and still they were working on the menu (one hour late). This is not the Novotel chain that I know many years ago. We requested to clean the room yesterday by 9:00 am. They told us that in half an hour would be ready. By 3:00 pm still room wasn't clean. Summary, there are no good information nor clear and complete from staff and grade of service is not good.
