Centrally located. Easy for public transport. Restaurant food good. Thali also available. Permitted early checkin. Happy. Bed sheet, towels not properly cleaned. Towels observed color markings as if used for dying. Drinking water also not provided by default. Staff bit slow in response. So a normal room like a budget hotel with higher room price i felt.

When we reached to the hotel, manager is not in the mood to talk and i had spoke to him everything regarding to the hotel booking, as well rooms are not hygiene, bathroom is not clean, bedsheets are in drastic condition, no dental kit in bathroom, it seems higher price for the room

During my recent visit to vijayawada for official purposes, i stayed at southern grand for the third time this year. Unfortunately, this experience was quite disappointing. the more expensive room is only 19 sq. Meters. This discrepancy often leads to online travelers booking the cheaper room, leaving the better room available for on-spot bookings.

The location of the property is good. The taste of the food is very good, however there is a very long waiting time at the restaurant as the restaurant is busy in serving food delivery. The amenities are good.

Property location is ok. But rooms are not good. Cockroach walking on the floor. Lizard was in the bathroom. A very terrible experience with this hotel. How they will get a 3 star rating.

Pathetic experience. No adequate staff to help you with anything. Managers are not at all friendly. Wifi is not working. Room service is miserable. Room lock is worst. One of the manager was rude behaviour, food provided is also worst. They are charging as if it is a 5 star hotel but they are rendering worst facilities, accommodation & hospitality. Dear friends, kindly cross check these things i mentioned before you check-in & don't waste your time& money also.
