I had a pleasant stay at hotel southern grand, vijayawada. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a decent variety. However, the wi-fi connection could have been more stable, and the room service could be a bit faster. Overall, a great experience, and i look forward to staying here again.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, well-maintained, and exceeded my expectations. The ambiance was perfect, and everything was just right. I would especially like to thank Ms. Jasmine for her exceptional hospitality. She guided us throughout our stay and made sure we felt well taken care of. Her kindness and professionalism truly made a difference, and I felt very welcomed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel!

QQIAN, It is close to the airport, convenient to communicate with, the service attitude is very good, the Chinese food is also very good, it is very suitable for the taste of Chinese people, and it is always very good value for money. Chinese elements can be seen in many places in the hotel

GGuest UserRenovation work going on at 2 floors lots of dust and discomfort. Lift dint worked. Parking is narrow and conjugated on top of this civil work. Room is spacious and comfortable. Team is very supporting and cordial.

GGuest UserWhen i stayed a couple of years back it was a pleasant experience. But now there are few issues such as cockroaches in the room which were pathetic even on bed cockroaches are roaming, they have to do pest control. Coming to room servise unfortunately there is a only one guy who is taking care of wallet and house service. Breakfast is good but they are arranging v late. Staff in reception are good and helpful.
