"I stayed here for my wife's birthday.
It was a very quaint hotel with a museum attached, and I really enjoyed it.
It was clean, the service was good, and the hotel staff also celebrated my wife's birthday. The surprise cake was also really nice. I'm really glad I chose this hotel. I will definitely use it again next time."
"Stayed in the ancient city for one night and quickly slipped away. I was afraid that the accommodation conditions were almost the same.
500+ price is really not too high
If you live in history, you don't have to say
If you look at the accommodation conditions, it is really difficult to comment."
"Quite clean and nice hotel, located very near Calle Crisologo. Staff are friendly and helpful as well. Definitely I will stay at this hotel if I go to Vigan again."

"Very nice property with large and clean rooms.
The breakfast is made with love and brought to the room.
The service at reception is also very helpful and courteous."
"The location is excellent. And the place is nice. Only that we were already accomodated at the annex. So we have to walk a little to the Annex building. The annex building is good but I can notice that that floor and stairs wasn't waxed for quite a time already. And furnitures and CR are already dusty. The Room for family is nice only that it doesn't have a CR. You have to go out everytime you need to go to the CR."
"Location is good, and the hotel will nicely give you a city tour map. With a good atmosphere and decorations. We parked our vehicle outside overnight, and the stuff helped us for contacting police for the scratches."
"Good location!
Clean and very prompt cleaners.
I asked for a calesa to drive us around town, and they said yes, they have a contact who will come pick us up at the agreed time. And then the time came and the calesa did not show up, they called the calesa driver and he said that he has a customer. So he advised hotel people to tell us to just go get calesa at the park. This (service) would have been 5/5 if they immediately told us that it's the busy season so we don't know if someone can pick you up (and could have advised us to just go pick up a calesa in burgos park where there's a station. Other than that, they were excellent!"
"Great Hotel in terms of cleanliness and staff service. Buffet breakfast also was very good. Woud be happy to book again this luxurious hotel in Vigan."
"I like this hotel as the location is a plus. Very short distance to Calle Crisologo if you want to eat out. They also have their own resto in the hotel although very small.
Over all i like staying in this hotel and this is well recommended!"
"We had been upgraded to their their main hotel, the main hotel (street) is just adjacent to calle crisologo, the hotel is a must-stay if you're in Vigan, the hotel room (Queen) is big, the overall cleanliness is great, the hotel staffs are soo accommodating, the amenities were awesome, IG worthy, if you're into arts and painting, you're in the right place, masterpieces from Manansala, Juan Luna, Imao and others 👌👌👌"

NNoel MarcosOverall experience is very good with a few suggestions for improvement. The room rate is relatively lower. The facilities are new - freshly painted walls, spotless room, newly built restroom, cool aircon, and free parking. The staff are very friendly as well. The hotel location is still near Calle Crisologo and Plaza Burgos, less than 10 minutes walk. There is a tight road going there and after the short bridge, the vicinity becomes residential and dimly lit at night. The hotel seems newly built and still lacks a few necessities in the family room: bidet, shower heater, shower partition/curtain. The wifi signal is strong in the hallways (at room 12) but very weak inside the room.
Overall, the hotel has a strong potential to be a perfect alternative to established hotels in Vigan if they can improve further.
GGuest UserThe Vegan Plaza Hotel is situated in the best location - at the beginning of Calle Chrisilogo street. It is convenient and easy to get around to any place from here. The kalesa (horse and carriage) and the tricycles are located right in front of the hotel. The fountain is a 7 min walk from here and an 8 min ride to the bus station. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. Anything that you requested was seen to immediately and with a smile. Breakfast was ok, there should be more variety. They provide in room massage which was great. They have 2 restaurants which provides a a variety of local dishes. Bathroom is little small in size, however, the shower was awesome. This is a very good hotel and I would certainly stay here again when I come to Vigan. Wonderful stay.
GGordsNice hotel, although having the bar open late to 2am from Friday to Saturday & 4am on Saturday to Sunday meant a constant flow of people either arriving or leaving, some must have been wearing clogs or diving boots, as the noise was unbearable....kept me awake until 5am Sunday morning & our room was at the opposite end of the building from the bar. The bar snacks were good, breakfast on Monday took nearly 45mins to arrive, so coffee was already finished 35mins previously! Not certain if it's true, but there was a photography session ongoing on the ground floor on Monday, the photographer was also the chef, so suggest the chef books his photography sessions once his chef duties are completed...just a suggestion...not sure who does the ratings, but seems to me hotels can claim to be anything they want...this was more 3* than 5* from my experiences
GGuest User- Unbeatable location, 1 min to calle crisologo, grocery right across the street
- Breakfast was good
- Staff are very helpful and warm
- They have a restaurant
- It’s a bit worn down. Sheets are very thin. Very motel-ish. Price is good so can’t complain
BBillyRayRooms is for budget solo travelers and is quite small especially the shower area. Shower pressure was pretty much non-existing. No windows. For the price, I think it’s okay considering the location. WiFi is fast and smart TV. Complimentary breakfast was filling but if you are a heavy breakfast eater, you’ll definitely want to have another meal. Very helpful and courteous staffs.
GGuest UserCharming new hotel in Vigan. This hotel was just recently built. Very friendly staff, very helpful. A pleasant stay with true Filipino hospitality. The owners are very accommodating. Take it from me, who have travelled extensively. You will definitely enjoy your stay here.
SSergey MitrofanovNormal clean hotel, but far from the center. For the first night, I had to book a deluxe suite, as the standard was all booked out. The room is very large, a lot of space, but as usual there are not enough shelves and hooks. Make a shelf for soap in the shower, now you have to live it on the floor 😟
EEdgarNice place to stay. Our unit was a little small. Animals around was a treat. Good location not too far not too close to Vigan City. Its quite a drive from Angeles City. Some units have parking some didn’t. Otherwise you have to park way out there. Parking was not paved. Watch out for mud. Staff are nice.
GGuest UserThis place can be improved. The room is small. But you really get what you paid for. The faucets are all rusty. The drains don't have covers, and the toilet seat bowl so you have to be careful with bringing your toiletries inside the comfort room.
