We had a great time in Paradores de Vigan! Di kami nagkamali na dito kami nag book. Kung mga staff lang ang pag-uusapan, napaka accommodating nila. And ang ganda din ng room! I really recommend this!!

There are lots of hotels in Vigan, how this place describes itself as a hotel is unbelievable. I booked the hotel and then sent a message to say I am not staying but my wife and grandchildren are staying. The hotel responded to the message to say all is ok. On arrival they refused to let them in as they needed to have a signed letter of authority from me ! In the end thanks to Agoda for calling the hotel to tell them that they had already agreed and this was not needed. Great customer service from Agoda for fixing this. To note that we were dealing with the hotel owner, she clearly does not understand the meaning of guests. A report from my wife, nothing seem to work, the hotel despite all the nice pictures is run down, there was no hot water and the room was dirty had not been used or cleaned for a long time as was seen by the amount of dust. Really a place to avoid
