We couldn’t believe the value, the quality and the overall brilliance of this stay. We had a two-bedroom apartment that cost us far less than a quadruple room without the privacy in many other Viennese hotels, and we loved every minute of our stay. The AC was essential and welcome given the heatwave during our stay, the room was quiet; it had its own kitchen to allow us to have breakfast without paying the extra for going out for it; the tram and bus left from right outside the door and connected to the U-Bahn and S-Bahn in a matter of minutes; and though we were a little out of the heart of the city, we never felt disconnected and could reach anywhere with ease. The staff were very helpful whenever we needed them - there are cleaners who come every few days but it’s not like a hotel service in that way - you can pick up new towels and other essentials from the pantry should you need to; the laundry facilities are self-service but very welcome. The pizza restaurant just up the road was nice as well, and there are supermarkets and bakeries within a 10-minute walk. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Would definitely stay here again when we’re in Vienna.

The service was very good everywhere. Check-in and check-out were very fast and convenient. The floor-to-ceiling windows at the corner of the room were double-glazed. It was very quiet even in the inner city. The front desk, bar, breakfast room and cleaning staff were all very nice. I liked the fruit tea, small bread and smoked salmon in the breakfast. I usually bring earplugs. It is common to have a door between two rooms abroad. It was the same when I stayed in Sweden. This time, the neighbors saw someone coming back and the noise was very low. I brought earplugs and it didn't have any impact. No one was next door for the next few days. I heard from my colleagues in Vienna that the inner city was better, so I chose a hotel in the inner city. The location is near the Sisi Museum. After visiting Sisi, walk south. The route is good. Then go to the other direction to see Stephen's Cathedral and the Black Death Memorial Column. I have been to Vienna once before. I feel that the hotel I booked this time is obviously much better than the 4-star hotel last time. The service attitude is better than Haidilao. It deserves to be a 5-star hotel.

I really enjoyed staying here for a one night stay. It is out of town but easily accessible with the metro (U3 at a 10 minute walk), bus and tram right outside the hotel. The decor is retro but clean and some nice touches like a bottle of local water in the room. All of the staff I came across were very helpful as well. Overall no complaints at all would recommend for a trip to Vienna

I studied abroad in Vienna in 2009 for my MBA and this was my first trip back since. I selected the Hilton Vienna Park because of it's close proximity to public transport and also near parks and sights I enjoyed when I spent more extensive time in this wonderful city. The hotel itself is busy, but the rooms were upscale, modern and comfortable. The executive lounge is one of the best I've ever been in - great breakfast, great cocktail hour selections and a comfortable place to relax after long days of walking and sightseeing! The hotel is located right next to Wien Mitte so good accessibilty anywhere you need to go as this is a main station in Vienna. Enjoy - I highly recommend this hotel!

Great location. Literally less than 2 mins walk from the hotel to Wien’s main/central train station. Excellent services and super friendly and helpful staff. Stayed here for three nights and no problems with everything at the hotel.

Although the hotel was overbooked, Judy responded to our complain promptly, and not only upgraded our room, but also sent us a nice gift (sparkling wine). My wife and I were so impressed with her superb performance, great kindness, and professionalism. The hotel was so clean and has a fantastic location. I certainly would like to return, whenever in the magnificent Venice.

Get another Ritz room card haha, this location is very good, about five minutes walk from the Golden Hall, there are also some restaurants and supermarkets nearby, the location is very good. The front desk helped to check in was Madeleine, secretly recorded her name, she was too good, talking organized, super meticulous, super friendly, let me have a good first impression here. The price of the room is not low, the same price can live in a suite in China. The space is about 30 square meters. The shower space here is more spacious than Budapest. Haha, there is also a bathtub, and the toiletries are also diptyque fig series. The room supplies free glass bottle mineral water every day, and there is no turndown service on the Buda side, but the overall is also very good.

Good experiences: Very good location. 1 min from the Metro station. Supermarket in a distance of 30 seconds walk. Water and apple in the lobby as refreshment. Relatively affordable in Vienna. Bad experiences: Unstable water temperature during bathing. That made me just like travelling between hell and heaven for many times. They opened the window when I was out. Then I found insects when I came back. That was a bit disgusting and I need to spend time to deal with the insects. No telephone so I can’t seek help at once. The toilet flush wet the floor.
