Vienna Hotels with Parking

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The first thing that struck me was the cleanliness of the rooms. Housekeeping did an exceptional job, ensuring that everything was in order and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. One standout feature of this hotel was the complimentary mini bar. It was a pleasant surprise to find that not only was it stocked with a variety of beverages and snacks, but also that I had the option to customize the items according to my personal preferences. This level of flexibility and attention to guest satisfaction was truly impressive. The service provided by the hotel staff was another highlight of my stay. They were genuinely warm, accommodating, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests I had. Breakfast at the hotel was a delightful experience, especially the Austrian breakfast offered. The variety of dishes, including traditional Austrian favorites, was a treat. The quality of the food was excellent, and the attentive staff ensured that everything was replenished promptly. It was a great way to start each day of my stay.

I really enjoyed staying here for a one night stay. It is out of town but easily accessible with the metro (U3 at a 10 minute walk), bus and tram right outside the hotel. The decor is retro but clean and some nice touches like a bottle of local water in the room. All of the staff I came across were very helpful as well. Overall no complaints at all would recommend for a trip to Vienna

I studied abroad in Vienna in 2009 for my MBA and this was my first trip back since. I selected the Hilton Vienna Park because of it's close proximity to public transport and also near parks and sights I enjoyed when I spent more extensive time in this wonderful city. The hotel itself is busy, but the rooms were upscale, modern and comfortable. The executive lounge is one of the best I've ever been in - great breakfast, great cocktail hour selections and a comfortable place to relax after long days of walking and sightseeing! The hotel is located right next to Wien Mitte so good accessibilty anywhere you need to go as this is a main station in Vienna. Enjoy - I highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent location if u are traveling to/from Vienna via train. Just next door to the main train station. Can communicate easily to all local attractions by bus. Room is modern, spacious and well-equipped. Highly recommend for travelers taking trains.

Although the hotel was overbooked, Judy responded to our complain promptly, and not only upgraded our room, but also sent us a nice gift (sparkling wine). My wife and I were so impressed with her superb performance, great kindness, and professionalism. The hotel was so clean and has a fantastic location. I certainly would like to return, whenever in the magnificent Venice.

Conveniently located hotel that’s almost connected to Wien hbf. So very convenient for rail connections. Hotel is nice, staff is helpful and they have a decent bar/coworking space. My main grievance with the hotel is the 100% self check in. Traveling from overseas Im exhausted and their computer defaults to German every page and there’s an exhausting amount of info to enter. Info that should populate with your reservation. Maybe add online check in to ease the process?

Terrific location in Vienna within walking distance and nearby tram to all of the attractions. The hotel is a lovely European city hotel and is consistently rated #1 or #2 in travel magazines. The only reason I didn't give 5-stars is that we had stayed at such a spectacular hotel just before this in Budapest that the differences were more pronounced. It was just less personal and more typical than our previous stay. We had a junior suite which was very nice, large and had an outdoor seating area which was nice, but not ”special” which of course is subjective. We did eat at Pastamara after a performance at the symphony and our service and food were great. My husband did go to the indoor pool which is pretty spectacular and not something you often find in city hotel. We did not have time to enjoy the spa or the rooftop. I'd definitely try this hotel again when we have a longer stay.

The hotel is located right in front of a subway station, just a couple stops from the city centre. You should get a daily card for your stay if you intend to go sightseeing. The staff is really kind, the rooms are cosy and warm. Beautiful lobby with artificial fire. Refreshments also available when arriving. There is a little bit street noise, but only when the windows are open. Delicious breakfast with a lot of different foods and drinks to choose from, there is even wine.

Impressions after staying here for 6 days... great looking suite with the 180° panorama windows of the square with St Stephen's one side, the Christmas markets, cafes, people and the underground. All the Christmas lights and market stalls on the streets is nice to see from high above.    The reception is on the sixth floor which is somewhat odd... it's also by the restaurant. In the evening if you're checking in there's a lot of background noise there with people waiting to be seated at the nearby restaurant that you can barely hear the receptionist for checking in. To get to the other floors you have to use a key. There is construction on some of the floors there so you can hear them banging and drilling during the day. When I checked in they charged my card €600 i.e. €100  per day, in case I used the mini bar which I didn't. They should have told me that just so that I was aware of the 600 Euro charge to my card.      The suite itself is kind of deceiving because you think it's going to be larger but it's not. The front living area isn't really compatible for hanging out as the sofa is too small & not comfortable. The mini bar - I don't know if that's functional really. The room has a few gadgets but they were not explained by the doorman as to how to operate them as well as there were several buttons on the bubble tub. After fumbling around for 5 mins I had the receptionist check them and she couldn't get them to work either, she did mention the floors were heated but she couldn't find a thermostat for the floors. I didn't think the floors were heated. Of the gadgets there's a couple of AC fans that were obvious but the heaters were not so obvious and apparently the room's thermostat doesn't control the heat, only controls the air. The one heater we couldn't get it to work. They look like a big halo ionizer? The other heater did work but it took a little while to get it working. They did not have USB connections but reception got me a USB converter so that worked out.    There is a little bubbly hot tub if you would call it that, more like a tub with tiny bubbles coming from the bottom, in the bedroom interestingly enough. There's a big screen TV above the tub so you can almost watch the TV from the tub but it's right above you so it's hard to view, plenty of closet space. big king bed, lots of lights you can actually see the lights of the room from the street level and probably be able to see me waving at you. The shower is nicely large with a big rain-drop shower head and a manual hand shower head. The drain is really cool... on the sides of the shower floor against the wall - no central drain which is fabulously nice as you don't get your toes caught on the plug hole or the stopper.  The suite has two WC's and a desk by the front door.   They don't offer tea nor offer enough cream and sugar for the coffee but you can easily call reception to replenish. They do offer water refills and they did have a martini glass full of gummy bear

The hotel is centrally located with excellent access to public transport, making it convenient for getting around. The property is very clean, and the facilities appear well-maintained. However, we encountered significant issues with our room. Initially, we were assigned the wrong room type, and after reporting this, we were given a room that was already occupied. The handling of the situation by the reception staff was poor.
