The staff were very helpful. They could help us out even though we do not speak German. The check in and check out was quick, the breakfast was plenty and had a lot of varieties. Plus point for the DIY, fresh waffels. We were not staying long enough to try out all provided services, but what we tried was good.

Very cost-effective. There is a subway next to it, which is very convenient. The airport bus also goes to the nearby subway station. The service is good, and the shop assistants are very friendly. We put our luggage here to go out to play, and the clerks are very enthusiastic to help us look after it~ The room is not big but the ventilation is good. It's very convenient to go to the city

First impressions weren’t the best as when I politely asked the man on reception whether I could check in please, his response was just ‘ID’ which wasn’t friendly or greeting at all. But I got my room and it was clean enough with a good bathroom and plenty of storage space. Only thing that confused me was it was 2x single bed duvets on a double bed which is obviously not ideal but I made do. Location was ideal, very short walk up the road to Pilgramgasse station and I always got off at Karlsplatz as the location was ideal for the city centre and a good starting point for a walk. Would stay here again if visiting Vienna but a little bit of customer service training can turn this experience from ‘pretty good’ to ‘good’.

Hotel is next to the Vienna main station, many restaurants are inside the station so the location is good. But you can hear the noise next to your room easily. Still recommend it
