We arrived at Jazz in the City Vienna around 1 am after a long journey, carrying a sleeping toddler, only to be told at the front desk that there were no available rooms for us—even though we had a reservation. To their credit, the staff quickly arranged a complimentary taxi and booked us into another hotel from the same chain in the city center. Both hotels were excellent in terms of facilities and service, but it was very disappointing (and exhausting) to have to transfer in the middle of the night and then again the next day—especially since we were only in Vienna for a short two-day trip.
One more note: the pillows at Jazz in the City were unfortunately quite uncomfortable.
Overall, the staff tried their best to handle the situation, but the room mix-up cost us precious time and added stress to our short holiday.
I've booked a room with a balcony, but received a different suite (bedroom+living room).
The suite was nice. The location was literally 1 min walk from the subway station exit. Very nice.
The double bed room is not big, but it is enough for one person, or two people. It's clean and tidy, and the location is convenient. It's only three or four kilometers away from the important train station. The breakfast is rich. At 10:35, a waiter knocked on the door to urge you to check out.

Not bad hotel The price set in the evening was very cheap in Vienna. The hotel is not far from the subway station. The bed is very comfortable. I still want to live. . . Will consider it next time
The hotel is well located near Westbahnhof. It would be best to reach there by bus from the airport. There are multiple buses and trams that could be reached within walking distance. Major tourist attraction such as Schönbrunn can be reached easily via tram connections. There are a lot of restaurants around and we especially recommend the Japanese place next door :)
All in all, the hotel is chic and clean. The room is a bit small but well equipped. They also have a little reading area/ pantry in the shared area which is a good additipn, you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea there with a nice book. Note that they have self check-in which is pretty efficient.
The room is in a very good location, very close to the subway station, and convenient for travel. The front desk service is very good. Because I had checked in once on the night of May 1, when I checked in again on May 6, I asked to stay in the room I stayed in on the 1st. The front desk agreed to my request and adjusted the room for me to the room I stayed in on the 1st. They also asked about my flight for the next day and helped me design the best departure time and route based on the time. The service is really great. If I have the opportunity to go to Vienna in the future, I will choose this hotel again!
The front desk was very friendly and had a good attitude. The room was very beautifully decorated. I would definitely recommend it to friends who like taking photos. The bedding was very good. The quilt, pillow and bed were very comfortable. However, the room was small and the facilities were very ordinary. There were not even slippers, which seemed to be the case in most places in Vienna. The biggest problem was that the toilet was a black toilet. There was no window in the room and the sound insulation was poor.
I stayed on my first trip to Vienna. It was convenient to move around about 7 minutes by my feet to the bus stop and subway station respectively. I arrived before check-in time, but I was happy to respond immediately. It was a pity that the drainage ditch of the shower was a little bad, and the water did not flow after use, so I struggled to clean my feet. The breakfast was delicious with many handmade items.
We arrived late Sunday evening after a very long day of travel. The front desk agent was extremely pleasant and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and loved the bathrobes. Location was terrific. In heart of center city. My college age daughters and I would highly recommend this hotel for a trip to Vienna.

GGuest UserHotel runned by Family. Very accommodating reception and located right in the city shopping district. Very Close to public transport. Despite the hotel name i will highly reco this place, very modern victorian feel
AAnonymous UserThere was no response to the interphone and when I was not in the hotel building, the kind other stay opened the door.
It was good to be close to the center and stay cheaply.
There was no problem with the equipment, and it was always comfortable with the appropriate temperature though it did not know how to operate the heating.
There was no warm breakfast and I was satisfied with the small variety.
I want to use it again.
SSHAOHUIHotel is good, service is good, location is good, downstairs is an entire commercial street, but their business district closes early and closes at 7pm, and does not open on Sundays. Next to the parking lot, public transportation is also very convenient.
BBorjadevvThe hotel was close to the hotel and we were charged €10 for the tourist charge (which was €6.80) and I asked for a receipt and the boy told me that it was not working and that he would give it in cash. The room was very clean, it was very warm, but for winter times it was great. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.
