We arrived late Sunday evening after a very long day of travel. The front desk agent was extremely pleasant and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and loved the bathrobes. Location was terrific. In heart of center city. My college age daughters and I would highly recommend this hotel for a trip to Vienna.

The location of the hotel is relatively good, there is a subway 🚇 when you go out, and the transportation is also convenient. It is located on the commercial street, so it is very convenient to eat, play and shop!

Great property - the rooms were amazing for the price! Didn't realise when we booked it was right off the main shopping street - but it didn't impact the stay and none of the noise carried!

It was fine, overall, but the TV channels didn't work, the A/C wasn't working, and I had to ask for the cleaners to clean the room.
Also, the breakfast room is sub-par.

Large and comfortable rooms. Very accommodating staff. It is not that close to the museum quarter in Vienna, but the location is very good . Lots of shops and restaurants close by.

1. The room we got had dirty walls and spiders coming out of the ceiling.
Even after room cleaning service the toilet wasn't cleaned and there were spider webs on the ceiling.
2. Room cleaning service missed our room one day.
3. We asked for late check out (an extra 1 hour) and we were told no problem, but when we came to the room to get checked out they locked our key to the room (forgot that we asked late check out) and asked for extra payment for late check out even though they didn't say anything about extra cost when we asked for the late check out.
4. Breakfast was good but nothing you won't get at any other 4-5 star hotel, service at breakfast was good.
5. Location was the only feature of the hotel that was really great, possibly best Location in vienna.
