The hotel is next to the Old Church of Vienna. There are many businesses and restaurants downstairs. It is close to the pedestrian street and very convenient. The hotel has good facilities and is clean and sanitary with good service. I would especially like to mention the breakfast room. You can dine facing or with your back to the Old Church. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. If you come to Vienna, this hotel is very cost-effective and recommended.
The room is relatively new with a kitchen, tableware is provided, the window is too noisy by the road, the self-purchasing oil and salt can be cooked, the building is an elevator, self-check-in, check-out is convenient, the traffic is 7, 8 minutes walk, there are subway 4, 18 trams, a room is difficult to find.

Hotel zona musei, a due passi dalla fermata metro, giovanile e conviviale, personale veramente gentile, hotel attento all'eco sostenibilità. Camera confortevole
The apartment has a cooking stove and a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine, but you have to buy the ingredients yourself. Breakfast is not provided. The location is very good. It is 5 minutes walk to the beauty palace, and then 5 minutes walk to the Central Railway Station
Because watching other people's strategies are mixed, and I know that there is no reception to contact the hotel himself, he will wait for you at the door in an appointment. I contacted in advance and an uncle was waiting for me in the hotel. The people were very nice and gave us a lot of suggestions and told us how to play. It was great, but the hotel did n’t have toiletries. I had to bring my own. I stayed for two days. I did n’t have a hair dryer on the first day. I reflected with that person and brought one immediately the next day.
The hotel environment is great, located on the Danube River, staying at this hotel is our last day, making up for the regret of not going to the Danube River. The room was clean and hygienic, the waiter was very good, the room was very cost-effective, it was a little far from the city, it was not a problem for friends traveling by car.
Very good hotel. Convenient location: there are tram stops nearby. In this hotel we rented a room similar to a small apartment. There is a kitchen (refrigerator, stove, kettle, dishes). This was exactly what we needed. We wanted to live in Vienna, go to the store and cook our own food. The owner of the hotel is a responsive person. My plans changed several times and each time he met me halfway, for which I am so grateful to him.
This hotel is very distinctive in an old building, so there is no new hotel equipment except the elevator, and even the door lock is an old key door lock. Breakfast is very good and worth trying. The room is spacious and hygienic, but I am not sure if all the rooms are not equipped with air conditioning. Our room is not, so the hotel has two fans in the room. The traffic is also very convenient, two minutes downstairs to the tram stop to go to various attractions and stations.
Modern, clean, in a central location, yet quiet (rooms to an inner court). Beds were comfy.
Breakfast buffet was great, with fresh scrambled eggs, bacon, yoghurt, cereal and different types of bread and cheese/cold cuts.
Team was friendly. I would definitely return.

Outstanding
GGuest UserPerfect location, especially easy access to the Vienna airport which takes only 20 minutes. Walking distance to the city centre.
Big rooms with spacious toilet, and perfect room temperature.
Very friendly staff both at the reception and room service( shoutout to the kind Bulgarian lady for our room service)
Delicious varied breakfast buffet!
The only things that could improve is the gym equipment, a few weights and/or kettlebells would be a lot more helpful.
Also, adding a separate bin for papers in the rooms helps with recycling.
Overall, I totally recommend this hotel
TTimDuring my recent 5-day, 4-night stay at the Ritz-Carlton Vienna, I was consistently delighted by the hotel's embodiment of classic elegance. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was surrounded by refined opulence. The room was impeccably appointed, with plush furnishings and a marble bathroom that exuded luxury.
Yet, the true highlight was the exceptional service. Every staff member, from the concierge to the restaurant servers, went above and beyond to anticipate my needs. This attentiveness made my stay truly memorable and solidified the Ritz-Carlton's reputation as a leader in hospitality.

LLambertlanboThe location seems to be a bit biased, but fortunately, I am used to commuting in China for a long time. Need to change the subway to the city.
Hotel service is OK, conversion head is free to borrow. It is all rooms that want a view of the Danube River, you have to add money!
European hotel rooms are the same size, there is a shopping mall downstairs, and it is OK to buy fast food.
DM supermarkets can buy daily necessities!
LLDP-VIENNAI stayed at this hotel twice within just a matter of days while having medical treatments in Vienna. The 1st was from 18-27 October '24 (9 nights) then again from 03-21 November '24 (18 nights). I must say that I am quite satisfied on both occasions altho' I would have appreciated it more, had I received an added cleaning service. Having stayed that long during each visit, it was a bit disappointing that the chambermaid showed up to clean only twice during my 2nd stay!!!
Other than that, it is highly recommendable due to its great location and fair price. I will definitely return again in April for my follow up treatments.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located at a great location. It is very close to the central train station and just a 5 minutes walk from Belvedere Castle. The hotel is located on a busy street, but my room was quiet even though it was overlooking the street.
There was some confusion regarding the room I was supposed to stay in, and a manager got involved to help very swiftly. The issue was resolved in a matter of minutes and I was given a different room.
The staff at reception was very helpful and polite. So was the manager.
The room was spacious and clean. Hot water in the shower. Balcony, overlooking the street. Thick blinds. The bed was big and comfortable. The linen was clean. The only note I would make is about the cleanliness of the desk. I had to wipe it with a wet wipe and turned out the desk was quite dusty. The bathroom was, however, very clean and tidy with plenty of towels.
I liked that there was a mini-fridge where I could keep any food I had with me. The rooms also came with a built-in wardrobe and a safe.
The price was very good, especially considering the close proximity to the city centre. I liked that I could collect a map of Vienna from reception.
I would stay there again and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna.
AAleksIt was almost the cheapest option for us. It’s ok if you don’t have high expectations. Double bed is combined from 2 singles beds. There is No kettle in the room, you need to go to reception and ask them hot water and it’s for price 50+euros per room. Window faces nowhere, it’s a little bit dark in the room.
Location is good, 150 meters from subway, 5 minutes from railway station and very close to Belvedere.
GGuest UserA gem not far from the city centre, there is a tram station just 1 minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast is plentiful and diverse, staff is friendly.
For sure we gonna stay here next when in Vienna again.
BBo RFor the price this room was perfect. The location is not far from the U1Metro and you are equally close to the city center.
When I first arrived I used the lift to get my heavy bag to the main floor. Unfortunately, with all my bags I failed to read the notice about the red line that you must be in front of so I was temporarily stuck in the elevator. I called the listed number and they cleared that up immediately.
The room is a bed a desk and a television with a full bathroom. For the price I found this to be more than enough. The breakfast is a little overpriced for what is being offered but I didn't bother since I was so close to so many restaurants.
The front desk is occupied only a few hours a day and when I first arrived my key was sitting on the desk with my name on it. This was at around 4:30PM so I was a little surprised. The next day I was able to share my passport info and check in. I was able to call the number and speak with someone at 11pm to extend my stay a day so I can't complain about the service.
Perhaps the only thing that made the stay less than perfect was the wifi was very spotty and disconnected frequently. Luckily, due to the central location in the capitol of Austria cell service was top notch.
I would happily stay again at Dan's In'n Out and I can recommend it wholeheartedly.

GGuest UserI stayed here on a solo trip. The only drawback is that it's a bit far from the station, but other than that I have no complaints. The room was clean and well-maintained. There was a hair dryer and other amenities, so it was comfortable.
YYuyinshibie88The overall layout of the room is simple and generous, clean and tidy, but the check-in procedure is complicated. The overall feeling after check-in is very good. There are many supermarkets and shopping malls nearby, which is convenient for shopping. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance.
