Room was spacious, though I expected the single bed, I got the room with two double beds, no issues, just observation. The guy who assigned me the room/receptionist was very nice and helpful. Some details were missing, but it's all right. Breakfast was good, the pancakes device didn't work. The first time I saw anything similar and it wasn't working, it got stuck :) Breakfast service staff was insufficient, though they were running and did a good job.

Staff was profesional and kind. Brekfast was very delicious. I was very surprised with free coffee machine. Place of hotel ísť about 40 minutes from the main centre od Vienna, but public travel have good organisation. If I come back to Vienna I will choose this hotel again.

One of the best place to stay all the amenities you need

We booked a cozy room with a double bed for the night on 06/26/27/24. Our stay was ruined by the fact that they tried to find our reservation for about 40 minutes (despite the fact that it had already been paid for). I really didn’t like the fact that they forced me to leave my card number to write off funds. And this despite the fact that I paid for the reservation! Please note that if you check in an hour earlier than 15:00, you will be charged 15 euros. The room is clean, nice, there is a large mirror in the room, which is very convenient. The location of the hotel is not bad, you can get to the center by bus, they go quite often.

Rating 9. Hotel a little outside the centre, you need a car to reach it, very quiet area. Hotel and rooms are not brand new, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast included in the price was very good and plentiful.

Clean and hygienic, the service attitude of the guy at the front desk is very good. Breakfast is also very rich! I will choose this hotel next time I go to Vienna.

The location of the accommodation is a little far from the center, but it was okay because you can go to the center at once by walking for 10 minutes by tram. The room and bathroom are spacious and clean! staff are friendly too
