There are other reviews like mine on the web. I basically paid double the price of the room because of the deposit and yet after two months sending all proof of payments, they still did not reimbourse the deposit!! ＞$500 The day before our stay, while I was traveling with two young children, they texted me that I did not pay and that I could note get the room. I had to call many times and send them my banking info so that they figure out that we paid. WE received a video to check in one hour before flying in to Vienna!! They really don't care about their customer and no one at the front desk can help you with anything...I highly recommend to stay away from the Elegance Wien Hotel even if the price is attractive and it is a great location in the city.

DA LI INNUMEREVOLI MESSAGGI DICENDOMI CHE DOVEVO PAGARE POI FINALMENTE LA CONFERMA CHE ERA TUTTO OK. Our trip eventually got cancelled and then we discovered that the owner charged the deposit at the time of booking which is crazy and then when we asked for a refund delayed it indefinitely while lying that it is on the way until booking eventually refunded the fees, about two months after cancellation. All this time the owner is incredibly rude in the correspondence. Stay away!

Be aware! Prepayment needed also on free cancelation. They will deduct your money straight away and when cancelled for free it took 41 days to be refunded after numerous dealing with incredibly rude management / owners. So if you mind having your money "locked" by some individual, then stay away from them.
