Unfortunately we got a smoking room even though we booked a non-smoking room. When we wanted to call reception, no one answered. The next morning when we checked out, we informed the receptionist that they weren't interested. We left the hotel a bit disappointed.

Booked the wrong room. The rooms are so old. The location is not ideal unless you drive by yourself. There is a kitchen and nothing. A little humor.

Room clean and tidy. Service very nice and English speaking. The only downside is the rooms on the walls quite numerous scratches, probably after rearranging.

This hotel is great for a city-break with your family! It was clean and comfortable. My family & I went here twice once in 2023 & once in 2024 to visit the Christmas market. The employees were nice, friendly and ready to help! My family and I really enjoyed staying there
