very small room with hot walls and floors due to the presence of ducts in the walls (the apartment was probably created from a boiler room); located on the ground floor overlooking the bicycle room, you couldn't even open the balcony because the adjacent space was frequented by people. Also very noisy due to the ducts described above. The bathroom could barely fit one person. The only convenient thing was the location... absolutely terrible value for money.
