Upon arrival at the hotel we were charged €10 for the tourist rate (which was €6.80) and I also asked for a receipt and the guy told me that it didn't work and that I should give it to him in cash. As for the room, it was very good and clean. However, the heating has to be turned off or it gets too hot, but it's great for winter. Breakfast was what we liked least. It's not worth paying for breakfast, the room is very small and there's hardly any variety for breakfast.

The location is amazing and overall made this worth staying at in my opinion, the room was decent and clean along with being affordable. The bed however only had one pillow and shower was stand up and small ( I’m of average size height and weight but if you are large and heavy set I could see this being a problem)

The hotel is small...a pension actually. and it's basic but clean and well kept The location was literally on the main shopping street. Perfectly located. Its AC worked well. the rooms are a decent size. The staff are super helpful if you need anything

The very BAD experience we have ever had! They are not helpful at all! Everything was bad including reception services and stay… DO NOT BOOK IN THIS HOTEL pay a little bit more but for a better quality elsewhere Leonardo

Almost perfect. The entrance requires a buzz-in , 20 feet a few steps up to 2 very small elevators and sometimes another buzz-in to a small reception area. The place is spotless, our room was large and accommodated 3 with no trouble. Breakfast was excellent - continental style (eggs, small hot dogs, a variety of cheese, yoghurts, muesli and cereal, nuts, jams and excellent rolls. As many have said, the location is ideal. Few amenities but ideal as basic and affordable base. Staff were warm, friendly and helpful.

This is a basic hotel. It was a decent room for the money. Don't expect a lot of amenities, it's a basic, simple hotel. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The best part, I think, is the location: it's right on the orange U3 subway line and real convenient. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was also decent: scrambled eggs, sausages (what we would call hot dogs in America) meats, cheeses, kaiser rolls, croissants, breads, muesli, yogurt, and a good coffee selection. If I ever return to Vienna, I would stay here again.

Great location right beside 2 metro stations and located on a large shopping street. The hotel itself was quite basic, miminal decor and the tiniest hotel breakfast room I've ever come across. The bedroom was nice and spacious, with air conditioning and a mini bar, they were both very valuable to us during the very hot weather while we were there. The reception staff were friendly but not overly friendly.

This is not a hotel, it is a hostel, it is located on the second floor of an old building and there are other hostels on other floors of the same building. The room is old, basic, not very cozy but clean. The breakfast is very basic, not very varied, but the worst thing is that it is given on another floor of the building in a space that must have been two rooms that were put together, a very small and uncomfortable space, there must be about 7 small tables very close to each other. Others, if they are all occupied, you must wait outside, in a hallway of the building. It is on a pedestrian street in a central area. Bad price/quality ratio. I don't recommend it.
