Hotel are uniquely design, a key is literal key with a huge key chain. There also no bottle of water in the room and we were told to drink from a tap. Try that but when boiling the tap water, there are some kind of residual afloat.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights and really enjoyed it. The hotel has been recently renovated, the room was very spacious, and the bathroom was nice and clean.
However, I would like to mention that there were no slippers or robes in the room, which you would expect at a 4-star hotel.
The breakfast was delicious; you can order from the menu as well as enjoy the buffet. The staff were very nice and welcoming.

The hotel was beautiful with classy installations. The location was amazing to walk around the center of Vienna and explore the iconic landmarks the city has to offer. Our room was beautiful and spacious with a double vanity bathroom and big bathtub. I highly recommend staying at the Astoria Vienna and will definitely come back whenever I travel back to Austria.

Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights. The location is very convenient. It is next to the Sacher Hotel and a short walk to the famous brand street. The breakfast in the hotel is delicious and rich.
The location is so good that you can walk to all the attractions except Schönbrunn Palace. Note that it is all the attractions because I walked there. You can also walk a few steps from the hotel to the subway station to take the subway to the East Station to take the train to Hallstatt. If I must find fault, it is that the room key is a bit big
