Sobieski Apartments St. Stephen Cathedral

The apartment is really close to the center (Stephansplatz), but in a fairly quiet street. The owner is kind and helpful, he also responds immediately to every email. He let us leave our luggage before 2:00 pm (expected entry time) and before leaving even after this time. Absolutely recommended also for those with small children

The location is excellent, the apartment not so much. For me the worst thing is the bathroom, which has no heating, so in winter you get cold no matter what, the shower is horrible, with a curtain that sticks to your skin. The rooms are fine but the dining room is small, there is a sofa for 2 people and there were 5 of us, 3 of us had to sit on chairs. The cleaning is conspicuous by its absence and they only leave one face towel per room, meaning that if the person you share a room with is not your partner or someone in your family, it is disgusting. The Wi-Fi in the dining room works very well but it did not connect in the rooms. If you get the room above the restaurant you are lost, there is a lot of noise. As I said, I would go back for the location because it is fantastic in the centre and close to everything, but not for what the apartment itself is.
