Excellent hotel for business travelling. Very clean, quiet with many amenities and facilities. The 24 hour gym makes a huge difference.

Good option at this price level. The bed was comfortable and the room is spacious enough and clean. Service is also up to standard. One draw back is that the shower is not strong enough. Otherwise, the stay would be more than satisfactory.

The location is well connected to the public transportation where you can easily reach to the city center. The rooms are big enough and equipped with bathtub, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The housekeeping could be improved in details, there was dust on the floor, but generally it was great. There is a nice bar in the main floor which runs by friendly stuff.We really enjoyed our stay in Renaissance hotel.

Hotel is just opposite to Metro line and on the main street. Bus stop too is just 100 mts away. Rooms is comfortable.

This is a great hotel with great location. The subway just opposite from the hotel and you can easily to visit most of the place. High recommended

Overall, the comfort was okay, but there is suspicion of being overcharged. Upon check-in, there was no mention of a check-out time at 11 a.m., and both the order page in the app and Google Maps indicated a check-out time of 12 p.m. When I went to check out around 12:15 p.m., there was a line at the front desk, and I was informed that there would be an additional €20 charge for late check-out. The receptionist explained that it was €10 per hour. However, this was not communicated to me during check-in, and it seems like they took advantage of out-of-town guests.

Found a used sanitary pad on the floor within the gaps of the sofa bed. Meaning they did not clean the place well!

Location is outside of the inner city, but you have two metro stations on either side of the hotel. Längenfeldgasse was a common one for me and then switched over to Westbanhof to get into the inner city. I was a solo traveler and was easy to grasp.

Very poor experience during my second stay The receptionist did not check the passport name carefully when checking in and almost checked in under the name of another Asian. The sink in the room was clogged and the supplies were not replenished. After asking the counter staff, they actually gave us replacements to change ourselves. I can’t believe this is a service provided by Marriott.
