The location is well connected to the public transportation where you can easily reach to the city center. The rooms are big enough and equipped with bathtub, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The housekeeping could be improved in details, there was dust on the floor, but generally it was great. There is a nice bar in the main floor which runs by friendly stuff.We really enjoyed our stay in Renaissance hotel.

This is a great hotel with great location. The subway just opposite from the hotel and you can easily to visit most of the place. High recommended

Overall, the comfort was okay, but there is suspicion of being overcharged. Upon check-in, there was no mention of a check-out time at 11 a.m., and both the order page in the app and Google Maps indicated a check-out time of 12 p.m. When I went to check out around 12:15 p.m., there was a line at the front desk, and I was informed that there would be an additional €20 charge for late check-out. The receptionist explained that it was €10 per hour. However, this was not communicated to me during check-in, and it seems like they took advantage of out-of-town guests.

Found a used sanitary pad on the floor within the gaps of the sofa bed. Meaning they did not clean the place well!

Location is outside of the inner city, but you have two metro stations on either side of the hotel. Längenfeldgasse was a common one for me and then switched over to Westbanhof to get into the inner city. I was a solo traveler and was easy to grasp.

The room is clean and comfortable, and the price is very high! The steak, beef soup and pork chop in the restaurant are delicious! The room is large and the service is very good. And I think the price is super high

The room is relatively large in Europe, with a refrigerator, safe, and kettle. The wash basin is very high, and I, who am 1.8 meters tall, wash my hands so that they flow down to my elbows, which is a bit strange.

The location is a little far from the city, but the transportation is very convenient, and there is a subway nearby; the equipment in the room is sufficient, but the service needs to be improved. Our electric kettle broke and no one came to repair it after half an hour of calling for repair. I was too tired to rest. The price-performance ratio is high, and everything else is good

The hotel is too close to the train station and the road. It is too noisy at night and the heating is a bit weak. Although it is close to the subway station, the location is a bit far from the city center. It takes 20 minutes to get to the city.

The room was normal, but the front desk service and attitude were very poor. The wrong information was entered, and the Wi-Fi could not be accessed for the first time. I had to call the front desk to correct the information. The worst experience was that there was no Dropbox for check out and I had to queue up. There is only one service desk open, and there are many people waiting to check out. I was rushing out to catch the train and asked the front desk if I could put down my room card. The male waiter's attitude and expression were very bad! ! This kind of service attitude should never happen in a high-end hotel like this! This is the worst hotel service experience I have experienced in more than 10 days in Europe!
