Quite good as a standard business hotel for conference. Room is clean.

The hotel is located in a nice area (see picture attached), neat Prater with some cafes around. Room is equipped with basic facilities needed for your stay. Still, no cattle available. I needed a cup of hot water for had to ask for it at the reception.

Really nice room！

Could have been better, no parking unless paying extra and also not clear instructions where this was. The rooms are clean and tidy, staff could be a little more trained on using their too (PC, access code, etc). The location was confusing to get to but eventually found it. Parking is free over night just outside the hotel but from 8 am ne one knows if your car will be towed or not so I had wake up and skip breakfast to then drive and park at the Shell petrol station got 9 euro a day then come back for breakfast !

The rooms were very dusty, my wife had to cough because she is allergic to dust...!  In the bathroom the paint is already peeling off and the plaster is coming off...! The bed was very hard, I got a backache. But the breakfast staff were very nice...!!

Perfect cleaning and air conditioning. Convenient location for transport and airport connections. Large, comfortable and well-furnished rooms. Negative notes for a four-star hotel are the lack of a minibar and kettle for coffee/herbal tea. The bar staff could be quicker and more competent

Highly recommended!!! The hotel is in a quiet and modern area. The subway station is only a 5-minute walk away. The room was large and modern. Breakfast was also great!

The breakfast was good, the service was good, the staff was very nice, the location was good, only 10 minutes walk from the train station. But there was no refrigerator in the room, and I asked the hotel for 1 cup of hot water, and the restaurant charged 4.5 euros, which was a sky-high price for hot water, and I only got 1 cup, and I had to pay another 4.5 euros for the second cup! Yuan!

We had lovely days in Vienna with a nice hotel stay!

There is no refrigerator. Other than that, it's convenient and beautiful.

The package was sent to the hotel in advance. It was very thoughtful and kept safe. It was very good.

The overall location of the hotel is not remote but it is certainly not in the city center. It takes about 16 minutes to get to the city center by taxi. The hotel's facilities are the most terrible. There is no slippers and toiletries. Not only does it not provide drinking water, but also a kettle needs to be rented. The price is 12 euros a night... The environment is average, and it is defined as an ordinary sub-new hotel. When I left on the last day, I went to the restaurant bar to ask for a cup of hot water. I was told that it would cost 2.4 euros a cup... I felt a little unreasonable...
