The bathroom facing the bed is not a good design, and I am not satisfied with the mirror facing the bed. The space is too small to fit the suitcases. I can only push the bed away and move it. The door should be a sliding door.

Fantastic place with very friendly staff. Especially Dennis and Anna (the bar staff at the rooftop) who couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried. We managed to see all of the Christmas markets in Vienna. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! Thank you.

Terrible experience.Poor quality of service. Waiting for check-in, waiting in line for a breakfast 15 minutes.Waiting for breakfast another 20 minutes. we were looking for my uggage left at reception desk. tThey could not find it. Terrible mass. Poor service.

Cayo Coco, rooftop bar of dreams with cocktails to die for both there and in the 'underground' Salon Paradise! Comfy beds with quality bedding to snuggle into after a day walking the beautiful streets of Vienna, then a refreshing swim in the rooftop swimming pool before a delicious breakfast in the Bouvier. Staff so friendly and attentive, thank you! R&Mx

Lovely hotel and staff, was made to feel very welcome and given lots of recommendations of places to visit. Lea on reception was very friendly and went out of her way to make sure I had an iron (brought it herself). Food and drinks were lovely, bar staff keanu and Dennis very knowledgable on local beer and drinks, Dita the chef made an effort to come and speak with us about food options, all round great experience, Hoxton always have the best staff who make the stay even more special! The hotel rooms are lovely, classy and make you feel like you’re in a film with the cool atmosphere. The speakeasy bar in the basement was amazing, really good touch for a hotel, will be returning!

Stuffed into a shoebox sized room at a reasonable price. Day 4 came free. But Hoxton clawed back day 4 by charging nearly $25 in breakfast. The servings were meagre and I left hungry. Also I was surprised that no one cleaned my room, thus leaving me to clean up after myself. The vibe was definitely polite but not overly welcoming either. But they do get kudos for being efficient and not at all rude. So they get 100% in making this transactional stay.

A very genuine and lovely designed hotel with great service. You can feel very comfortable here. The room has everything you need and the design is very nice. We love the idea to rent a bike for free to travel around the town. It’s near the centre and the Stadtpark is also a nice place nearby.

The hotel is great with great bars and location, but the aircondiioning can‘t be turned off and made sleeping impossible blowing straight in your face all night long. Rooms are small but cozy. Nowhere to hang towels but over door knobs and shower door, so won‘t dry and impossible for two people after a shower.
