Check-in was a breeze thanks to pleasant Eva, the beds were comfy and room spotless. Of our visit from Amsterdam to Prague and to Vienna, we found the friendliest people are in Vienna especially among the staffs at the Quality Hotel, they were helpful and friendly. That's good customer service

Very good hotel including location and serves. clean and comfortable accommodation with very nice staff. very much recommended and I would be surely to stay again in this hotel when I will pay a visit to this city again in the future..

Just for one night

When I came back at night, I found that the roof was leaking. I contacted the front desk customer service, and the reason might be a leak in the air-conditioning pipe. They actively opened a new room for me and I could continue to leave my luggage in the original room. The service was very thoughtful.

Excellent location, good service, poor facilities, ok hygiene

The general health conditions are relatively old, but the staff are very friendly. The location is right next to the railway and you can walk to Schönbrunn Palace. It is highly recommended. The nearby supermarket closes early on Saturdays, so you need to make time to go shopping.

The location of the hotel is good, just a few minutes walk to Schönbrunn Palace. The room is spacious, clean and hygienic. Although the facilities are not the most intelligent at present, they are convenient and comfortable to use. The attitude of the service staff is very good, and there is no pressure to communicate in English throughout the process. Compared with the rooms booked in many hotels, this one is very cost-effective. There are nice small restaurants nearby that locals love to go to, you can ask the front desk.

You stay at this hotel to see Schonbrunn. It is close by. We were given a double room with a shared bathroom. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of closet space. Check-in was straightforward. The breakfast was crowded, but there was a large variety of choices. This is a tour group hotel but it was also peak season. We think it is a good choice.

Very poor customer service! Had problems with the toilet! He said that someone tried to fixit but couldn’t! But there nothing else he could do!Instead of apologetic, the manager showed attitude towards us! To the manager, you need the customers keep the business going!!you need to sort out your customer service!!!

Close to public transport and tourist attractions. The staff is very nice and incredibly helpful. It is very clean and you can go easily anywhere you want. The breakfast is also very delicious and there are lots of options.

Hotel location is good, close to the Shronbrunn Palace and Zoo and the underground station, which is an excellent city service. The staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast was decent but at E18 ahead could be costly for a family over several mornings. There was an offer of E15 per breakfast which you had to take on the arrival day. The room cost was reasonable. There is a small fridge in the room which is always helpful and a large screen TV with CNN in english. The one drawback is the traffic noise at the front of the hotel. A sliding window barrier mitigates this somewhat but it could certainly be an issue for some.

The location is superb, being just a stone's throw away from Schönbrunn Palace, making it an excellent and first-rate choice for families with children. During our two-night stay at the quality hotel in Vienna, we found it incredibly convenient to access various destinations with the nearby subway station. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend it to others.
