Hilton Vienna Waterfront
4.3/583 Reviews
We liked Hilton Waterfront overall but please see some good things and areas of improvement: - Leon and Maria at main reception are really good and excellent. They do everything to take care of guests and do best effort. Hilton Management should award them for their excellent job. - Natasha in Executive Lounge is also very good in her work. She looks at minute details and ensure every guest is taken care very well. She is excellent and Hilton Management please take note of her good work. - Overall Hilton Waterfront has water problem that is either extremely hot water comes or extremely cold water comes and it not easy to get it fixed. Please improve it. - Many things such as phone in room, lockers in Sauna area etc does not work and someone needs to check them on regular basis to ensure everything is seamless. Overall we liked it. Due to above mentioned people, we loved our stay and ignored any hick-ups.
Novotel Wien City

Vienna City Centre
Perfect hotel for business trip! The room is very clean and modern, with nice bathtub. The location is great, everything is within walking distance. Would be nice to have a hair conditioner in the bathroom, now there is only shower gel and shampoo. Anyway, I’m sure I’ll be back.
Novotel Suites Wien City Donau

Staying here now. A great location for touring the city. Metro station U1 (REDLINE) right outside hotel on the right and close to shopping area and museums, aquarium and street food/ market street. Kids friendly hotel (play room for little kids, not for 4 years old upwards). Staff not too friendly but I think this is due to busy period of the year & no time to carter to non-urgent matters. But if you manager to track down a staff & ask for help, it happens quickly. Clean lobby - water available for guest, coffee, tea, small lobby though, could run into people easily if crowded. Breakfast - good, clean, outside Terrence was open so good space. But a bit crowded by 8-9 am. Food variation, lots of different things and great for people who do not eat pork. Rooms -modern, clean, updated furniture. Pray it stays this way compare to past reviews 2019, 2020. Could be bit more dust-up; but hey its summer so open windows / dust is normal. TV very great size & distance from bed. Mini-bar / kitchen yay :-) kids were happy. Beds - very comfortable, sheets smells very clean, pillow- fluffy and smells clean fresh & new. No dirt under bed. I checked. Bathroom - oh I am surprised, cleaned , no mold on the bathroom tub, or shower area. I must say this was amazing. VERY CLEAN BATHROOM. Halls from Elevator - clean surprisingly no stains, no trash cans (thank goodness) and not smelling, it was very airy and spacious for tolling baggages back & forth. Elevator not dirty, mirrors / steel very clean. Windows big with lights, no balcony. Curtains very clean a bit dusty again. Overall I kept looking for something, but this time I have no major complain then perhaps friendier staff will be a bonus, but hey o one should stop your happiness. I would come again and recommend this hotel to my families and friends. Cheers, SCH DK

Loved the hotel! For its price it has more than enough- beautifully designed, good lobby downstairs, free laundry and drier, coffee machine in the room~ Bed was comfortable, two pillows. It’s close to the tram that goes to the city center and to a metro station as well. The design deserves special attention, the hotel is also a good option for people who stay for a long time because it has everything to live. The view was also nice. Good soundproofing. One note - would not suggest it for shy friends, as its shower has a transparent door to the main room😅
a&o Wien Stadthalle

Acceptable, but only for cold months like fall and winter. The room has basic things and is clean for a short stay. However, during summer it is very hot! No aircon and need to open the window which still cannot circulate enough and even bring so much noise. Won’t recommend for hot months. Also the bed is not comfortable at all, hope they put a better one. Location is not in the city center, but is ok as there is multiple tram or metro or bus within 5 minutes walk. Also there is affordable cafe or eateries, and even a shopping mall within 5 minutes walk. I may consider in future but only for cold months that can keep the windows closed.
Henriette Stadthotel Vienna

Hotel location is quite good, downstairs is U1, 500 meters walk is the S line, directly to the airport. Other than that, it is very general. First of all, the road construction facing the street, and the noise is constantly from 5 am. Secondly, the synonym for environmental protection is that the residents need to save water, electricity and clean, the air conditioner can not be turned on, the quilt is small and there is a piece, the water temperature is general, it is said that the advanced technology outlet contains 40% of the air, in fact, it is to reduce the water output. All breakfasts are cold and the variety is particularly small. It is said that more than 70% of the food is organic. It has also won the Vienna breakfast award. It is speechless. If you want to shop in the city for a day or two, it is a good choice, and it is not recommended for more than two days.
