The hotel is located in the urban area, and there are various shops in the surrounding area. The shopping mall is within a 10-minute walk of the hotel. Figure 1. The shooting surface from the room to the entrance, the entrance is the bathroom, and the left side of the entrance is the full-length mirror. Figure 2; Figure 3. Standard large bed. Although the air conditioner is placed on the side of the bed, the air supply angle is set. Figure 4. A TV is installed on the wall facing the bed, and there is a kettle and coffee pods on the table in the corner of the room. The shooting position is the area where clothes hang in the suitcase (see Figure 1). Figure 5: There is no covering in the bathroom, and the water will spill out of the area when taking a bath. Toiletries provide body soap and shampoo. Water cups are provided but no toothbrush and toothpaste are provided. The water heater is of the instant-on and instant-heat type, and the switch must be turned on on the left side of the full-length mirror when in use. Please adjust the water temperature from low to high to avoid getting hot. Another: slippers are not provided in the room, please bring your own.

It's my only choice in Labuan after trying few other hotels.. Some have limited parking. Some are very old. Labuan Point has everything we need in term of comfortable, safety, hygiene and convenient.

Check in was easy. Room was clean and spacious. Mattress was firm, furnishings were ok. View of the harbor looking south out the room window from the 5th floor was nice. Complimentary breakfast was not good. Coffee was terrible, couldn't drink it. Ordered dinner from room service one of the 4 nights we were there, it was ok. In summary, everything was good except the breakfast.
