This hotel is better than other boutique hotel in Labuan. The room is clean and convenient. Not really a sound proof hotel and slightly noisy. But music will make it ok.

Had request an OKU room, i think it is the only OKU room from the hotel, need to inform hotel earlier. It would be great if hotel can improve or increase more OKU room, had been there for few times and this is the only time i request the OKU room successfully. If the toilet for OKU, would be suggest to make it spacious because the carer (in my case, is 2 carers) need to move the OKU from point A to point B. However, hotel service and location is good and definitely will be there again.

Overall, the service is good. It could be great if a simple smile is added to the front desk. Secondly, I understood the hotel policy for check out time is at 1200 hours. But, it would be much appreciated by guest if the hotel could allow/extend the check out time to 3pm, provided the room not fully booked especially during the mid week days where it's at low density booking and the guest taking flight at about 6pm. Simple curtesy will make a lot of difference.

Very spacious, very clean. Furniture was nice and sturdy, looked new. Cleaning was impeccable. We really enjoyed our stay. The TV was nice and modern with streaming services. The location was very convenient, lots of shops around. The washing machine and cutlery were nice and clean. Only negative was night club sounds can be heard on some nights.

Lots of restaurants around this area. If you are a food lover probably this is the best you can find. There's a chinese restaurant on the 7th level that serves good fod.

Check in was easy. Room was clean and spacious. Mattress was firm, furnishings were ok. View of the harbor looking south out the room window from the 5th floor was nice. Complimentary breakfast was not good. Coffee was terrible, couldn't drink it. Ordered dinner from room service one of the 4 nights we were there, it was ok. In summary, everything was good except the breakfast.

Spacious cool room with mini fridge and soft bed. About 10 -15 minutes from Airport with good rooftop restaurant with some nice menu. Can easily access town centre by grab car / maxim with reasonable fares. There is a mini market on the Grd floor and was helpful.

The location near Milimewah Supermarket & Kopitiam restaurant, but a bit far from terminal ferry. The reception counter old women & old man was friendly & recommended good foods to us. The air con really not cold, no hair dryer, soap given smaller. Hotel quite old, no renovation.
