The hotel was gorgeous and located in Sorrento with a beautiful view, totally worth the value for the night. My only suggestion is the pool to be open until a later time, and to offer lunch and dinner and not just breakfast. The reception personnel including the manager were very rude. I went to ask a question and the manager replied: ”only if it's one question because I'm very busy.” Every time I had a question I was made feel as if I was being a nag which I was not.

It was a nice stay, although due to a severe lack of public transportation around I highly recommend you grab your driving licence, because without it you'll be stranded and going around places is painful. Buses don't really go according to schedule, and you need tickets that might be hard to get. The view from the residence is super beautiful though, and it's windy up there, so during the summer heat it feels nice. There is a swimming pool very close to the residence, so if you don't have a need to swim in the sea that might be a good idea. But also, the swimming pool organises parties every Thursday, and the music is incredibly loud until 2-3 am. The residence itself was great and clean and the owner was very helpful with explaining where everything is. If we had questions about the residence he'd reply with a helpful answer.

We stayed here in mid august 2023 as a couple. We arrived by Ferry in Sorrento and got a taxi nearby which took approx 15 mins. Upon arrival, the receptionist was very welcoming and provided us with lots of useful local information which came in very handy over the coming days. Our room was very comfortable (with the exception of the mattress which was a little hard for our taste). Views from the balcony were spectacular and we had everything we needed in the room. Breakfast was simple but tasty and, again, the breakfast room had a wonderful view over the bay of Naples. The hotel was in an excellent position - we took a short walk to the elevator which takes you down to the marina where there are a few good restaurants which we really enjoyed. Fracatell was particularly good (food and wine) however the pizza restaurant on the pier not so much - if you do go there stay away from the main menu and stick to the ‘traditional’ section. The hotel was close to Sorrento - we caught the train which was a 15 min walk from the hotel (could have been shorter had it not been so hot!). This only cost €1.60 each way and was easy to do. When arriving in Sorrento, we explored the old town and beach clubs which were €50 a day for a couple with a bed each and umbrella. Well worth it though for a really amazing swimming experience - the setting is amazing and it felt really safe. Plus they serve food and drinks there. On our last day we went to Piano Di Sorrento and hired a couple of beds there - which was much cheaper at €30 for the day. Equally as beautiful and probably slightly more child friendly than Sorrento. At the end of our stay we got the train to Naples (which wasn’t a great experience - expect no air-con or seating, plus a jam packed train). Although we chose this as it was significantly cheaper than other options at €8pp. We didn’t do any excursions - only because we were happy with what we had immediately available to us. There is plenty to explore locally. All in all, a very amazing experience and would 100% recommend this hotel to a friend. Very well located in a quiet location with enough at your fingertips and easy to get into the busier Sorrento.

This hotel was formerly a convent and is adjacent to a beautiful church, and the setting is serene and beautiful. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are so accommodating and helpful that you could not ask for more. The room my wife and I stayed in was lovely and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice and the coffee was delicious. The staff were warm and friendly and the service given was among the best we’ve ever experienced. There is complimentary wi-fi ( a rarity these days with most establishments charging a small premium) . We had a lovely stay which was predominantly down to the staff and in particular a lovely lady named Theresa who always went out of her way and was so accommodating. Although the hotel is listed as a “Three Star” it feels like a “5 Star”. Stunning , and would not hesitate to stay here again.

The Hosts make your stay a lovely time. Signor Beppe makes sure you have an easy holiday. His advice is honest and caring. The views you can see in the gallery are truly breath-taking and you are one hour away from all the major places such as Amalfi, Positano, Minori and Sorrento. We swam in the four different beaches and had lunch there too. Even the village itself is lively for evenings out when you wish to stay around. That is why we chose to stay there. We have plans to return so as to visit even more sites. For instance the Ercolano is on the way to the airport and is well worth the visit - so next time we shall visit Pompeii. Vesuvius is also an hour away and we bought excellent Buffalo milk Limoncello there, a novelty to us. And what about Ravello, what a sweet town with winding narrow streets opening onto a lovely tree-shaded Piazza Centrale and the Duomo. And a day in Capri with a lovely boat ride from Amalfi as advised by Signor Beppe. We take this opportunity to thank the whole family. And please slow down to enjoy the Tyrrhenian Sea and its rhythms, soak in the culture and smell the wine and the roses.
