Very good location to go to Venice. You take the bus in front of the hotel and on the way back it drops you off at the hotel. There is a supermarket next door and several places to order food. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is quite nice. There are many rooms, so the quality and type of the room depend on which side of the hotel you will get one. I have got an obsolete one. The smell was quite strong, and moldy even after opening the window. Everything was obsolete, the bathroom might be acceptable 30 years ago as well. They dont serve bathgel only small, individually packed soup. The cleaning staff uses already dirty equipments before cleaning the room. They didnt even change my towel when i put beside the rubbish bin to be clear about my wish. The breakfast is ok, not much veggies. Even in italy, not a nice one.

I had to spend 6 months in Vicenza and the hotel had an apart hotel for rent, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen. I chose to have an optional garage, very secure, 50m from the building. All very well equipped on a 6th floor with a great view over the city

Handy location, a couple of minutes walk to the city centre plus maybe 10 minutes to an Aldi. Reception is open 24 hours and staff were friendly & professional. Our room was quite large, clean and comfortable - a bit dated, could really use a refurbishment but it did the job. Air conditioning worked well, we had a fridge and everything we could need. Plenty of storage, extra pillows 👍 Breakfast was good - a selection of pastries, cereals, fruit, yoghurt and bread/toast plus eggs, bacon etc. Espresso from the machine was not great, but oh well. My only real complaint was that our room overlooked an internal courtyard, which seemed to be constantly used by loud talkers (not sure if this was other guests with windows open though).

The hotel is quite old and in need of some updating, the lift in particular is tiny but we managed. The room itself was very old and could do with a major refit, as could the bathroom. Having said that for our needs of a single night stop for a European driving holiday it was adequate enough. The only real negative was the breakfast room was unstaffed and there was a limited help-yourself selection which given the extra we paid for breakfast was not really worth it. In hindsight, I wished I'd not paid for breakfast and simply used a local cafe. Parking a vehicle is €5 per night. The reason we chose this city was that in order to get a trip to Venice on our tour, Vicenza is 45 minutes by train from Venice, the station in Vicenza is a 10 minute walk from the hotel.
