Best Hotels in Vicenza, Italy

Vi siete mai innamorati di un Hotel? Sicuramente sì, tanto più se si trova davanti ad un mare spettacolare, se davanti a voi si erge una incantevole montagna, se si trova in uno splendido parco naturale o sulle sponde di un lago. Ebbene qui non troverete tutto questo ma una cosa è certa: che un personale che vi farà innamorare della piacevole sensazione di essere non solo clienti ma sopratutto graditi ‘ospiti’ qui è garantito. Al nostro arrivo il parcheggio esterno con enormi oleandri bianchi ci ha fatto una ottima impressione, confermata quando all’accesso del parcheggio interno abbiamo notato che la struttura è di soli due piani per cui armoniosamente inserita nel contesto e molto curata esternamente. Poi il sorriso delle ragazze della reception che ci ha fatti sentire davvero benvenuti ed un rapido check-in con la genuina cordialità e disponibilità che è stata una costante di tutto il nostro soggiorno. La nostra suite ci ha pienamente soddisfatti: materasso, topper e cuscini ottimi: abbiamo dormito come a casa. La temperatura del climatizzatore perfetta al nostro arrivo, comodissima cabina armadio, bagno ampio finestrato con una splendida vasca/doccia idromassaggio e spugne molto buone, qualità dei prodotti da bagno elevata, spazi ampi, ottima illuminazione. La terrazza ben attrezzata al piano superiore con una vista incantevole sui colli. Pulizia della camera impeccabile. Passando alla ristorazione abbiamo cenato tre sere ed in tre ambienti diversi: nel giardino, nella piccola accogliente saletta con tavoli tondi, nella grande sala in cui si fa anche colazione. Belle tutte e tre le location. Decisamente molto buona la qualità delle materie prime, ottima la preparazione delle portate è molto gradevole la presentazione dei cibi. Abbiamo apprezzato il servizio professionale ed attento della capo sala Carolina come di tutti i camerieri. La colazione è a buffet con una buona scelta di alimenti in grado di soddisfare indubbiamente tutte le esigenze ed il servizio attento è cordiale del signor Andrea lo abbiamo apprezzato molto. Sono presenti una piscina esterna ed una spa di cui purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire ma sicuramente ci saranno altre occasioni in futuro. In conclusione le nostre aspettative sono state decisamente soddisfatte, torneremo sicuramente.

The hotel is a good hotel, but I didn't like the reception request to make me pay the stay fee for two people (€.5.00) that was already included in the booking, and showed the booking to the staff that was already paid. The room that was allocated to me N.403 at the fourth floor showed clear signs of sliding on the doors of the inner bathroom, and the large finishes with silicone often at the sight are not worth a 4 stars, Then the shower soffoon should be put on one more important so that the water flow is regular and not cheap as it was. Good breakfast with enough choice and variety except toast bread that seemed old.

Posizione molto centrale e comoda. Struttura curata e piacevole, nonostante gli spazi non eccessivamente ampi nelle camere ma comunque molto funzionali e curati. Palazzo storico completamente ristrutturato in chiave moderna. Letti comodi. Bagno piccolo ma molto funzionale con doccia ampia. Colazione soddisfacente. Personale gentile e flessibile sugli orari di check out.

On the edge of the train station, on the edge of the city center, it is the preferred hotel in Vicenza. The rooms and bathrooms are very large, and the breakfast is also rich. It is the first choice for travelers and is worth recommending.

Lovely hotel with quick access to the autostrada and Fiera (10-minutes drive by car). The room was spotlessly clean, and everything worked as it should. Very good breakfast with a wide selection of sweet and savory dishes. If you ever visit Vicenza, don't miss the excellent dinner in the hotel restaurant. Super friendly and professional staff!

We stayed here as a small group for two nights in this hotel. It was very clean, very nice, breakfast was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Showers were the size of a small phone booth. Beds were comfortable, and it was a pleasant stay. Everything we needed for a quiet evening and a good sleep. Would stay here again. Reasonable distance from Venice.

If you are on a two day drive through Europe with 40c heat around you -what do you need for an overnight ? - A clean and ready place to sleep, without worrying about your car - Staff who does not complicate things Both you will find at this lovely hotel. It's a typical roadside hotel on the outskirts of the mid-size Italian business and tourism cities. This hotel is easy to find, spacious, rather new and very nice to stay. Room was bright, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, large bathroom, good a/c and plenty of space to unpack. I had a great sleep and ready to face another 1000km. Contributed to that did Tiziano at reception -he was there to check me in in the evening and to check me out in the late morning too. Even though I told him I am just quickly overnighting, he gave me a really nice room (I assume then all rooms are good really). And did not complicate things -”we sort out payment and all things tomorrow morning, get some rest now” Breakfast was superb and plentiful, all you can wish for, regional specialities and all the global stuff. The best thing is that you are welcomed and taken care of a real Italian ”nonna” (grandmother style lady): ”Sit down, I'll make some bacon and eggs for you, you have to eat well when driving so long !”. It was lovely, welcoming and delicious. Before I could even enjoy everything, I was back on the autostrada, well rested and fed. My car was safe all night, parking site is part of the hotel. As usual, staff made the difference, thank you to Tiziano and the ”nonna” :) but also the rooms and all is very nice. I found the price via a booking site very appropriate and would recommend it highly.

I stayed at Hotel Victoria on my way out of Vicenza for 5 nights in November 2021. What an impressive hotel! Plenty of free parking on arrival, the lobby was large, super clean, and modern with plenty of seating. I booked a single room but was pleasantly surprised at how large the bed and room were. The bathroom was spotless and spacious. Given all of this information, the part I was most appreciative of was the staff. From the moment I checked in they were polite, attentive, and helpful. I was assisted several times over the 5 days, using their front desk printing services, borrowing the desk clerk for translation assistance, and grabbing a drink at the bar where the reception staff doubled as the bartender! Their breakfast was phenomenal! It was very extensive inclusive of hot and cold menu items, fresh fruits, yogurt, cheese, meats and all the Italian coffee you want and the breakfast staff was EXCELLENT! When I arrived in Vicenza, I stayed at another local hotel that was so awful I left after 2 days, I wish I would have known about this hotel!! Overall, my stay was outstanding, and I would highly recommend this hotel to ANYONE coming into Vicenza. It’s about a 6-minute drive to Caserma Ederle and MUCH better than other hotels that may closer. I would give them 10-stars if I could; exceptional hotel!

We are travelling with a group of 14 Singaporeans on a pilgrimage of the Holy sites. This is our last stay for one nite in a hotel before embarking on our flite home. Stayed at the Best Western Hotel Tre Torri on 14th Oct 2023. Hotel is located within a small village or town off the main highway. This hotel is our half way stop to Milan after spending a day in Venice. We found that a kettle was provided but no complimentary bottles of water. It could be found in the mini bar, but chargeable. Lighting in the room was dim with only one wall light. Bedside lights did little to enhance the overall environment. Sensors are used for the vestibule of the room and bathroom. Experienced black outs in the bathroom several times. What an inconvenience. The shower stall is small and after a shower, water escaped to the outer floor, making it slippery and dangerous. Bathroom amenities was limited to just a small bar of soap and two shower caps. Only shower gel was provided in the shower stall. Otherwise, the room and bathroom was clean. Can't say much for the pillows and mattress. Just uncomfortable. Breakfast items offered is typical of all the hotels we stayed in except at this hotel where back bacon was offered on the buffet, instead of bacon rashers. The scrambled eggs was the best in all the hotels we stayed in. What made the breakfast experience wonderful was delivered by a waitress, Ms MILLI, a Ghanaian. Her lovely smile, politeness and her happiness to serve made our time in Italy memorable. Thank you Ms MILLI once again. You are a great Ambassador of the brand. We love you and keep smiling as you deliver happiness to all that you serve. Love All Serve All. Your hotel should be so proud to have such an employee like you. I have stayed here twice, once in 2015, and one recently. I love the location as I can easily walk downtown. The room, I had the last time was a junior suite. Quite spacious room and bathroom. The shower had great water pressure and was large. The Beds are a bit firm which is probably an understatement, they were Fred Flintstone hard. However, even with them being hard I slept very well. The breakfast and the staff are where this hotel really shines. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The breakfast has a lot of good options. The parking can be a bit challenging but I expect that most places that are close to the city center.
