Checking in is a little confusing we were lucky we met the manger at the door otherwise i guess we would have waited for who knows how long Walls are no sound proof and sometimes you can hear noises from others But overall it's a good stay, clean and close to the old center And within walking distance from train station

Location awesome, walking distance to town. All in all, nothing to complain about. Everything went well. Room was clean, large and the private bathroom - though not ensuite, was great . Communication also clear and fuss free via whatsapp with the propriétaire.

Clean apartment, comfortable furniture. The accommodation is disgusting. We checked in with the owner at 13.00. On the day of arrival, he did not pick up the phone until 15.00 We waited outside. We found it ourselves by asking the residents who were leaving. The woman cleaning the apartment was not aware of our check-in.

Great location, nice room, equipped shared kitchen, very clean! There are problems with audibility, but I very rarely find inexpensive places with soundproofing. What definitely needs to be worked on is the check-in procedure - it should not take more than 20 minutes. People usually arrive tired from the road, and sometimes they even want to visit the toilet. Due to the poor organization of check-in, I was afraid to leave my 15-kilogram backpack in the room for storage - there was a risk of not having time to pick it up before the train. I had to carry it myself.

Central station location, perfect! Clean room and private bathroom (outside the room) modern and in excellent condition. Owners who become non-existent after the exhaustive welcome, my girlfriend and I took advantage of the possibility of leaving the backpack inside the room and then picking it up later, so we could enjoy the walk without the weight on our shoulders. Disastrous experience as the number I had exchanged with one of the two owners did not work and when I rang the bell no one answered. We tried everything until one of the two owners answered the phone and opened us up.

Ho dato a tutto una votazione pessima anche se in realtà non ha avuto la possibilità di verificare. Ho effettuato la prenotazione per il 20 settembre, avendo acquistato un biglietto per il concerto di Claudio Baglioni, non accorgendomi che, malgrado inizialmente l'applicazione di trip sul PC mi avesse previsto la disponibilità, nel prosieguo ha modificato la data inserendo il 19 settembre. Purtroppo non me ne sono accorto un istante dopo aver effettuato il pagamento. Ed è pur vero che la prenotazione non prevedeva la possibilità di cancellazione in base alle indicazioni. È però anche vero che subito dopo la stessa applicazione mi ha dato la possibilità di annullarla la prenotazione. Il giorno dopo, al mattino presto, mi è arrivata una mail che mi diceva che la mia richiesta non poteva essere accolta. Nel frattempo come vedete dallo screenshot Io ho provato a chiamare la struttura e a scrivere senza ricevere neppure la gentilezza di una breve risposta. Sono poi riuscito a contattare anche trip, che mi ha confermato che in realtà è possibile annullare una prenotazione ed evitare l'addebito purché la struttura sia d'accordo, ma in questo caso la struttura aveva dato parere negativo. Quindi suggerisco di non recarsi a Càsàmòre, data la comprovata assenza completa di educazione, una risposta la si dovrebbe a chiunque pone una questione, ed anche la completa mancanza di disponibilità, visto che nella richiesta di cancellazione avevo ben descritto come la prenotazione fosse stata fatta per errore, ma evidentemente conta più ricevere 132 euro senza dover fare niente, avendo la consapevolezza che non mi sarei mai potuto recare lì il 19 settembre piuttosto che avere la gentilezza di andare incontro alla richiesta di un ormai ex cliente. Direi una struttura da tenere lontana come la peste, anche se fosse la più bella e romantica della città di Romeo e Giulietta, perché priva comunque di attenzione e di amore, malgrado il nome che ostenta!!¡🤬🤬😢😢

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Für den Preis bekommt man ein gemütliches Zimmer in einer super Lage. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, Küche gut ausgestattet. Bialetti Kaffee war sehr lecker!

Double bedroom with separate private bathroom. Clean but decor quite dated. Lovely shared kitchen to make only tea or coffee. There is a separate communal living room. Room TV had many channels, YouTube and Netflix (pay for movie) . Great location, 20 minutes walk from Verona train station and Arena.

I can't recommend this accommodation enough. Amazing host, beautiful apartment , close to most attraction Verona has to offer. restaurants and cafes a few minute walk as well as the buses. clean, affordable, very spacious, and a very warm welcome. If you are visiting Verona, this place is the place to stay at

Unbelievably bad customer "service". Wouldn't recommend, avoid! They contacted us a day before our trip asking what time we arrive. We agreed to come and leave our bags 10:30 AM and check-in later at 1 PM. We arrived in the morning but no one was there nor answered our messages. We called them 11:15 and someone told us it would take him 15 minutes. We waited until 12:00 and finally cancelled our reservation. Had to pay the first night or 140 euros for nothing.
