離市中心廣場和Arena很近，走路5分鐘。酒店是那種老派高檔酒店，非常舒服和高檔。 早餐也很豐富。停車要到另外的公共停車場，但走路回來也就10分鐘。

We enjoyed our stay here so much. Staff at reception and breakfast were very friendly and helpful in every way. The room was lovely, spotlessly clean. The location is perfect. And we can now say "cinquantotto" in perfect italian, thanks to the night porter !!

We loved this hotel. The decor was beautiful and the staff were especially lovely and friendly. The breakfast was excellent and it’s ideally located, 1 minute from the arena. We only stayed one night in Verona so the location was perfect! Only 20 mins walk to train station and everywhere was walkable - Arena, Juliet’s House, Basilica di San Zeno Maggiore, Piazzale castel san pietro (beautiful view of city) - all easily walkable. Our room was nice enough, quite traditional but clean and tidy. The only constructive comments would be that taking a bath wasn’t an option as the water drained away. Also showering is made difficult as the shower was positioned too far back to the wall that you have to lean back!

A family run, beautiful hotel. The building played an important part in the history of the city, it is absolutely stuning. It is located very close to the Arena di Verona, which makes it perfect for a night at the opera. The minibar was really well stocked, with many choices and surprinsingly good prices and I had a bath tub!

A wonderful stay, professional and friendly, superb check-in, well appointed room, nice little bar and courtyard just mere steps to the Verona Arena. We found the front desk group knew all of the tour operators and had numerous suggestions for us. A very nice buffet breakfast included in the rate.

Great location for a boutique hotel, rooms are comfortable and reasonably large. Clean and all of the Hotel employees are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful . Only comment that I would have that would deserve less than a “5” rating is the shower in our room (Superior double) - too small and difficult to maneuver

We stayed in hotel Columba D’ora in Oct 2023 for 2 nights. The hotel is a peak into the opulent past of the hotel and retains many of the charming qualities from its glory days. The room we had was spacious with a small separate sitting room and a walk in wardrobe. The hotel offers an aperitivo hour, although it was only happening on one night of our stay. It was nice with a selection of nuts and olives with your aperol which was a nice touch. The location is superb, just seconds away from the main square with the amphitheater and main shopping streets with many restaurants close by as well as the philharmonic theatre and the train station. Although the hotel is not modern it is very charming and the staff very friendly. The buffet style breakfast was simple but more than adequate. Would certainly recommend.

Wow! What a hotel. We arrived mid December for a few nights and walked into the beautiful reception. It’s beautiful paintings really set the scene for a great city to visit. We checked in and was not disappointed with the hotel room either. It even had a balcony. It is old fashioned but this does not impact the quality of the place. I’m gluten free and was able to eat well in breakfast. The staff are very helpful friendly and polite, and even try and help with my Italian!! I would highly recommend this hotel!! Much better character than chain hotels or air bnb! I wouldn’t hesitate in going back
