Nothing to say, just great service

We recently stayed here for 5 nights to take in the sights of Verona and surrounding cities. While I can't complain about the price, and for that, it was a bargain, there were a number of issues that resulted in a less than perfect rating. The location: While it looks close to the main train station, it is about a 25 minute walk. However the 23/24/73 buses run regularly and pick-up / drop-off very close to the hotel Lidl: next door to the hotel is a Lidl - it was a godsend and well worth visiting (if only for the fresh cheese focaccia). The hotel itself was very clean but: - The rooms have wooden floors and the walls aren't super-thick. So, when someone checks in to their room nearby, you can hear everything. At midnight, it isn't great when they're walking in heels across the floor. - Lack of plug sockets - there was one usable plug in the room that is shared with the kettle, and one in the bathroom! - Air conditioning (or severe lack of) - the rooms have air con, however, it wasn't switched on and I was told by reception that at this time of year (October) they don't have it switched on. The room temp was in the high 20s which led to us not actually sleeping under the covers - we spend 5 night sleeping on top of the bed as the room was just too hot. We couldn't sleep with the window open as their was too much noise from outside. - The toilet flush was leaking 'hot water' - but this was repaired / replaced with a different toilet flush - Staff: They were helpful when housekeeping has vacuumed up one of my wife's earrings, but didn't offer any assistance with regards to the heating in the room

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The only downside was the location(

Looking at the outside I had some doubts because the structure seems dated, instead my room was really nice, there was everything necessary for the stay; the bathroom really nice (I imagine renovated not long ago, which is not so obvious) I appreciated the dispensers with soap and shower gel that avoid unnecessary waste. There is parking and a paid garage (only indoor) but you can also find parking in the surrounding area. Helpful and cheerful staff. If you have to find some negative aspects, I would say the bed is not very comfortable for a 4 * and the air conditioning that cannot be adjusted independently (or at least that's what it seemed to me) The area is convenient for those traveling for work, a bit busy at rush hour, but the supermarket right next to the hotel is convenient

Printed excellent I liked everything, breakfasts. Cleanliness. The only thing I would add to the room slippers.

It is a good hotel, traditional, comfortable and very warm in winter. The breakfast is spectacular. The coffees are excellent... A little far from the center, gold to go by car, it is ideal for parking.

It's a little far from the train station, 5 minutes by taxi. The sanitation is good, but the balcony door is broken and it's hard to close after opening it, but the lady at the front desk was very good and helped me close it.

The location is not very far from the old town and Porta Nuova station. In the room there is a kettle, tea, coffee. Nearby is a Lidl supermarket. Comfortable bed, room with a balcony. We recommend.

Excellent hotel! Delicious and plentiful breakfasts. Good Wi-Fi. Supermarket in the yard. Perhaps the only minus is that it is located 1.5 km from the station in the opposite direction from the center.

The room is large, clean and sanitary. The service staff was also very enthusiastic and let me check in early. The experience was good.

The room is spacious and close to Verona PN train station. Overall satisfactory

It's far from the center, but there's a bus or Uber to get there quickly. It was spacious and clean, but when I went out, it wasn't a bed bug, but there was a tick on the bed. And, except that the shower booth didn't drain well, the air conditioner worked well, and it was spacious and nice.

For me I will not recommend anyone
