Beware - the hotel is nice, but there is no guaranteed parking and we had to park 8 blocks away and uber to Surrey House. The locks reset every 15 minutes so it kept us awake all night. There is no one working at the property so no way of sharing concerns while you are there. Also the pricing varies a LOT so be careful when you book. We paid twice the amount of other guests. Most importantly, the owner asked for feedback, which we provided. His response was disrespectful, rude, condescending and dismissive. When I return to Ventnor, I would not support his business based on his behavior. Hopefully he'll take a course on customer service as it leaves a lot of be desired!
