The location of the hotel is very close to Rinalto Bridge and St. Mark's Square. The breakfast is simple and fixed. The most unacceptable thing is that the shower conditions are extremely poor, there is almost no space, and the shared space with the toilet is extremely narrow, which is extremely inconvenient for travelers. I also encountered a neighbor who might be in a bad state of mind and hit the sunshade on the window of the hotel with a stone 5-6 times, complaining that the sound of the mobile phone in the room disturbed her, and it happened before ten o'clock in the evening.

The hotel is directly on the RIALTO Bridge and St. Mark's Square, with easy access to major attractions. The hotel has a water gate, and the WATER TAXI and Gondola are easily accessible. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant in the hotel was very good. The decor of the hotel rooms and public areas are very beautiful. There is a small gym.

Booked here at the last minute when I needed to extend my stay in Venice due to unforeseen circumstances. What a great experience. The hotel is extremely clean, the staff is wonderful, and my room (a triple, #307) was updated, bright and comfortable. The breakfast was very nice as well. As others have said, it can be a bit hard to find, but that's part of the appeal. It's very close to Rialto, but set apart from the bustle and crowds. The corner pub can be a bit noisy in the evening, but not a big deal if your windows are closed and the a/c is on. I would absolutely stay here again.

We've been coming to Venice now for 30 years.. and haven't yet experienced any bad hotels.. This one is no exception.. It's true, as with everything in life, you get what you pay for... I do think this offers slightly more than some in the same price range.. an Excellent coffee machine and vending machine offering snacks and water. Not the largest cup of coffee in the world, but at 70cents well worth it and a bottle of water to take out with you as you start the day at just 1 euro . How can you complain. Staff are very friendly (remember guys there may be a language barrier.... but I don't speak Italian but have always managed a very pleasant conversation with everyone I've met there) some rooms are small.. but they are clearly described on their website .. if you want a large room... book one. If you want a view, pay for it! All we really need is a clean room with somewhere comfy to sleep.. I've always found this... Thanks again everyone for your hospitality during our stay last week Sue & Jim xx

We stayed a couple of nights in the 2-bedroom apartment (canal view) in the Ca'Foscolo residence. The location is perfect, right between Rialto bridge and St Marks square. Around the corner is the Farini bakery (great coffee and great breakfast). The hosts/staff are very kind and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and clean (perfect for families or couples) and very well equipped with all necessary tools (even a washing machine and dryer and dishwasher). It has been a great stay for us. There are just two little things, you need to consider: First, the reception desk is only operated a couple of hours during the day (but there is a WhatsApp number for urgent inquiries). Second, the breakfast (only option is in-room) is only a solid back-up solution but not first choice. However, the value for the price is really great!
