Hotel located at Santa Marco pier and you need take the ferry bus/taxi from the main railway station to the Santa Marco pier and walk 9 mins to hotel. Hotel located in a small alley and bkfast is good but lift and room quite small.
Some room is located near toilets which cause many noise disturbances. There was an mis communication when request for room change.

The price-performance ratio is beyond imagination. The room is large and the location is very good. There are no traces of mold or moisture in the room. It is very clean and the facilities are very new. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I go to Venice!

Stayed at the Venice Sanctuary Hotel for three days in early November. As many tourists commented, the hotel was clean and tidy, antique, and free self-cooked coffee. Especially very close to various major attractions, very close, it can be said to be close at hand! And I especially want to praise a Miss Huang at the front desk of the hotel! For me, a free traveler who basically does not speak English and is alone, I thank the beautiful Italian Chinese girl Miss Huang! When I came to the front desk of the hotel, I found that the staff was Chinese, so I asked her if she could communicate in Chinese? Although Miss Huang is Italian, my fluent Chinese language and I are really overjoyed! Ms. Huang was patient and enthusiastic. She carefully told me how to go to the airport, how to get to the waterway, how to get to the bus, how much the fare, how much time, how to buy tickets for the water bus, how to ride. These are really important to me! I immediately felt that I was a lot more at ease and I was very happy. Here, I want to express my sincere thanks to Miss Huang again! I also hope that free travelers like me will choose to stay at the Sanjialuo Hotel in Venice. I believe you will be as lucky as I am to meet the warm and lovely Miss Huang!

This hotel truly lives up to its name, offering an exceptional Venetian experience. Here's a breakdown of our stay:
Pros:
Unbeatable location: Steps away from Piazza San Marco and a convenient ferry station.
Grand Canal View rooms: Worth every penny, offering stunning vistas of the canal, gondola station, and the Church of Santa Maria della Salute
Attentive service: Staff were helpful and knowledgeable about local attractions.
Unique Murano experience: The hotel's partnership with a Murano glass factory, including private boat transport, was a highlight. It offered an intimate look at the glass-making process, though there's a soft expectation to purchase souvenirs.
Decor: The hotel's Venetian style is more modern and appealing in person than online photos suggest.
Cons:
Breakfast: While the view from the breakfast area is spectacular, the selection is limited, and some equipment (like toasters) weren't functioning properly.
Noise: Proximity to the ferry station means some noise can be heard until around midnight.
Overall, our stay at Monaco & Grand Canal Venice was thoroughly enjoyable. The hotel's prime location, stunning views, and unique experiences more than compensate for the minor drawbacks. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking an authentic, luxurious Venetian experience.

🇯🇵 Japanese
I'm Japanese and stayed at this hotel on my first trip to Venice. It's an ideal location for sightseeing, with a 3-minute walk to the Rialto Bridge and a 5-minute walk to St. Mark's Square. The hotel faces a bright, lively street, so I could walk there safely even when going out at night.
The lack of an elevator is a bit inconvenient, but the staff's service was so wonderful that it more than made up for it. All the staff welcomed me warmly with a smile, and I felt at ease every time I returned to the hotel.
I had requested and booked a room along the canal in advance, but when I checked in, the male staff at the front desk asked me, ”Which do you prefer, the 2nd or 4th floor?” In addition, I was impressed by the thoughtfulness of accompanying me, saying, ”If you're having trouble deciding, you can see both rooms and then decide. Let's go together.”
The view from the room was also beautiful, making my memories in Venice even more special. If I have the opportunity to visit Venice again, I will definitely choose this hotel. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to stay.

I’m Japanese and stayed here on my first trip to Venice. The location is perfect—just a 3-minute walk to Rialto Bridge and 5 minutes to St. Mark’s Square. The hotel is on a bright, lively street, which made walking around at night feel safe.
Though there’s no elevator, the incredibly warm and kind staff made up for it. I booked a canal-view room and requested a good view. At check-in, the front staff kindly let me choose between rooms on the 2nd and 4th floors, even showing me both. It was a lovely experience. I’d gladly stay here again!

The room was very wide, clean. The air conditioning worked very well. The kitchens, the bed was clean and very comfortable. The place was perfect. The hotel staff loved them very much. The cake below is very good and provides 10% discount to hotel customers. Also, the last day we could leave our bags and we came back in our hearts. When we returned, they let us use the toilet at the 1st floor. Every time we need it was welcome and we left very happy. We will prefer once again. Thank you.
Note: It is also great. St. Marco Square, Rialto bridge and bridge, 5-10 minutes walking distance.

On the main island, near St. Mark's Square, the location is very quiet, suitable for an early morning city walk. There is also welcome sparkling wine, and the breakfast is also very good. The price of around 1,000 in the off-season is very fragrant~ The toiletries are also very attentive, and seem to be a local cleaning brand, recommended

It was perfect!
A single small downside on the room from which there was no daylight passing (dark) so much it was landlocked at the corner of a small alley, but spending our days outside it was not at all disturbing, it was very pretty, pleasant, modern, comfortable and functional!
I also recommend the restaurant part which is delicious and the staff was available and pleasant

Hotel Dupoz is a hotel hidden in a very small alley.
The house is an old one. We are on the third floor. The stairs are very narrow but carpeted. The elevator can only accommodate two people. It is also a three-wheeled elevator. It feels quite frustrating when you sit in it. However, the room is quite large. There are two large beds and a small bed. A family of three can fully enjoy it.
Because the room is close to the street, the sound insulation is not very good. People talking outside can be heard in the middle of the night, which is not satisfactory.
Outside the hotel is the famous brand street and St. Mark's Square, so it is very convenient to visit and it is also close to the water bus.
In addition, the hotel's breakfast has fewer varieties. Anyway, it is 10 euros per person, so I don't expect much.

Hotel is amazingly located between the Rialto Bridge and St Marks, it’s also 4 min walk to the Academia bridge and water bus stop.
Staff were very friendly on check in, for breakfast and at the bar.
Breakfast is excellent with a wide range of cold and some hot options, defiantly something for everyone.
Our room was quite small but when in Venice I wouldn’t expect to be in the room for much more than sleeping!!!

月月Hotel location is not bad, out of the train station by water bus, there is a stop directly to the hotel, the specific name is forgotten, not to pass the scenic water bus is very convenient. The breakfast was average, but the overall service was very good.

GGuest UserThe location is good. It can be reached by a leisurely walk for ten minutes from both Piazza San Marco and Rialto Bridge, but it is quiet in the middle of the noisy. There are no crowds elsewhere, and there are the singing and musical instruments of the boatman passing downstairs. The hotel room as a whole exceeded expectations and the space was large. The presecco presented by the owner was very delicious. Breakfast was a table with many people, and it tasted good.

JJIATONGThe location of the hotel is very good, very close to the pier, it is very convenient for two stops from the railway station; but the check in is quite troublesome, the front desk is in another place, and the door of the apartment is not easy to find. It is in a very narrow alley. Big! ! The infrastructure is OK, but the elevators everywhere in Italy are really scary... Another point is that there are so many mosquitoes that seriously affect sleep! The room is retro style, and it's ok.

HHerala_The breakfast is quite good, the hotel actually feels better than the pictures, the location is very good, downstairs is a luxury street. Boating and other things are also 200 meters downstairs, shopping is fun... You can see Baoge downstairs when you have breakfast Li shop, the experience is not bad, probably there is no service in Chinese, I need to speak English. You can go directly to a place where you can exchange money for tax refunds. You can refund cash directly. Very good experience.
