The room itself is just as in the pictures, and we got the one with a small balcony with a view, the problem was the noise/thin walls as we can hear the voices or normal conversations of the guests in the other room. We picked this hotel because it was really close, just 5 mins from the station, so that was very good.
The service in the front desk wasn’t great though, the attitude of the staff weren’t very friendly (actually answers in condescending tone). We loved our stay in Venice aside from this hotel experience.

This time, I had few choices for booking a hotel because I was in a hurry. I thought the hotel was small and inconvenient to travel after reading the reviews. However, after checking in, the hotel service was very enthusiastic and the sleep was very quiet, which was much better than some big hotels I had been to before. Venice is very safe because you can walk everywhere. It is recommended that you find someone to help carry your luggage when you go from the train station to the hotel, as it is tiring to go up and down the stairs.

Amazing and so hospitable and helpful! They worked around our schedules, and we were able to sit in the dining area until it was our bus time to leave. My partner was feeling sick, and they offered us Ice for his head.
Very friendly staff.
Also breakfast is amazing and worth its money!

I booked an executive bedroom apartment with two beds, one large and one small. This apartment should be a homestay, but it is managed by a hotel. The room is large and equipped with a kitchen. The kitchenware is complete, and the electrical appliances are all from Bosch. The bathroom is equipped with a heated towel rail for hanging clothes, etc. The bath products provided are local Italian brands.
There is a small square at the entrance of the hotel, which is especially suitable for sunbathing and feeding pigeons. Opposite is the coop supermarket, where you can buy groceries and cook in the hotel.

The location is relatively remote. It takes about ten minutes to walk from the Venice Railway Station to the B&B. If you have more luggage, you will be tired. But the room was very comfortable, quiet and slept well. The room is also equipped with Dajin air conditioning, very cool, breakfast needs to be reserved for dining separately, the whole experience is very good

The hotel is located near the Roman Forum, Venice's transportation hub, and is also close to the train station. You can take boats, buses, trams, and airport buses here. The lobby and hotel are small and very cramped. The health condition is acceptable. Service is normal reception. Buy a 24-hour ferry ticket in Venice and walk around very comfortably. Oh, you can store your luggage for free at the front desk.

The location is 8 minutes from the station, but it is a bit difficult to travel with large luggage because you have to walk across the Constitution Bridge. Other than that, the room is quite large, and it is no problem to put 2 28-inch large luggage and a 20-inch luggage. There is also space to walk, not as small as the previous review said. The key point is that the restaurant has a water purifier, and you can drink unlimited water freely. The experience is very good, close to the water bus ship

A beautiful boutique hotel welcomed with genuine warmth from the hosts. We received an upgrade to a very comfortable room on 3rd floor. Room is well organized for our convenience with sufficient closet space and very very clean. The hotel is situated at a prime location too. Minutes walk from the train and ferry stations, and just a short walk into Venice center. It’s in a quiet neighborhood so it’s great for winding down after a long day exploration outside. We will come back for another stay next time when we visit Venice again! (Photo - View from our room.)

DDongdongmamaThe rooms have their own characteristics, the front and rear gardens, the back garden connecting the canals, and the Michelin one star restaurant has a great breakfast.

GGuest UserWe absolutely loved our stay here. It is right by the canal and the room we stayed in was lovely! The St Lucia station is just a few minutes walk away, right in the centre of everything and staff are lovely.

Ee02375161When traveling by yourself, the first priority is the location.
Let's talk about the location first: It's 8-9 minutes' walk from Santa Lucia Station, which is OK. The only problem is that if you carry a large luggage, you have to cross a bridge, which is a bit painful, but the rest is fine. I feel a little nervous about the Jiangnan water town after playing around in Venice. In fact, it only takes half an hour to walk from the hotel to St. Mark's Square and the Doge's Palace. If you wander around a little bit, you can visit Venice in one day (not counting other island activities), so this location is completely no problem from the attractions, after all, you have to go around in circles.
Let's talk about food and beverage: We didn't eat in the hotel, but went to mare magno across the river from the train station. I highly recommend this small restaurant. In addition, there are many small restaurants around the hotel, and it is convenient to eat.
Finally, let's talk about the service, which is pretty good. A large bottle of free purified water and a small box of exquisite chocolate seat welcome gifts were specially prepared. The hotel can also provide package storage after check-out, which will not affect travel.

GGuest UserLocation is everything. Great communication. Easy to find. Several steps up and down a bridge to carry luggage over. Helpful to find access to the water bus. (Public transportation) instead of water taxies (Private transportation). Arranged taxi to get to the airport for departure. Good buffet breakfast. Had room ready for us 2 hour before check in. Comfortable king size beds. Only challenge was small shower.
This was our last two days of a 23 day trip. Venice was unbelievable.

EElaineThis stay had a mix of positives and negatives. We were not placed at San Cassiano as expected but were instead transferred to another hotel in their chain, Palazzo Stern. The alternate hotel wasn’t bad—it's located along the Grand Canal and has a lovely terrace. The property itself boasts some impressive design elements, likely stemming from its past as an antique mansion turned hotel. We were given a loft room, which unfortunately didn’t have any windows with a view, and the space was a bit cramped for two large suitcases. On the plus side, the bathroom had a beautiful design. Breakfast was ok, though nothing to rave about. The hotel is a bit of a walk from most attractions unless you opt for a water taxi, with a water taxi stop conveniently located right outside the hotel.

GGuest UserThe location is very good. It only takes one bridge and one mini bridge to get to the main island train station, so it's easy to drag luggage.
The room is decorated in a retro style, clean and tidy. The area is relatively small, but it is understandable that every inch of land on the main island of Venice is expensive. There are toiletries (shampoo, shower, conditioner, lotion) and slippers, which is precious. Although it is a four-star hotel, this aspect has reached the five-star standard.
The hotel staff has excellent service attitude, friendly and enthusiastic, thank you very much

GGuest UserThe room didn’t had space for 2 individual beds, regardless our double bed were 2 individual beds glued together. Our room was the only room we saw without wallpaper, which was kind of a bummer in our 25th anniversary. Gladly we went on the weekend, otherwise it would’ve been a BIG NO to pay for a room with a view and find out that there is a construction site below our windows, on Monday the noise was unbearable. Regarding the meals it’s kind of annoying to have to ask the staff to bring back the food so I can eat just because they start packing 10min before the end of the scheduled time (10:30). In a 4 start hotel that is kind of a major failure. Despite this minor issues we enjoyed our stay in your hotel, this is just a way to help you improve but we would stay again there one day we decide to comeback. The location is amazing and the prices fair.

KKarinaNgThe location of the hotel is very convenient. The entrance is the pier. It takes two or three minutes to walk to the bus stop, ten minutes to the train station, and free breakfast is provided. Unfortunately, the room did not have air conditioning, which caused us to open the window. As soon as the window was opened, there were many mosquitoes flying in.
