"Location is 💯 - just right in front of Venice Mestre Station - super convenience to take bus to Venezi too. Room was clean and tidy with all amenities. The only downside was the soundproof - our room was at the end and share a door with next room so we can hear clearly what others were talking in their room. Check in & out was easy and straight forward."

"I like this hostel. The dorm bed and bathroom is clean and acceptable. There is kitchen if you want to cook for yourself. There is a bar on the lobby if u want a drink. The location is convenient for taking a bus to Venice. It is just 10mins walk. It is a fair option for solo traveller that want to avoid expensive housing at Venice."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5 Modern, clean, and great for train travelers I stayed here for two nights while visiting Venice and it was a great base. The hotel is super modern and clean, with everything I needed — comfy bed, good air con, and a little kitchenette which was handy. Staff were helpful and check-in was smooth. It’s located just a few minutes’ walk from Venezia Mestre train station, which made it really easy for me to get into Venice (about 10 minutes by train) and continue on to Florence. The area itself isn’t super scenic, but it felt safe and convenient. If you want to avoid the expensive and older hotels in central Venice and don’t mind a short commute, this is a great choice. I’d stay again!"

"The location here was amazing, close to the train station and a short walk into all the sights. The room was cleaned daily and a good size. Hotel staff were super friendly hand helpful, breakfast had a fair choice of cold cuts and breads/cakes and a small selection of cooked foods (eggs, bacon, sausage) The only real disappointment of our stay was that despite having very specifically booked a double bed room, our room was two single beds which had been shoved together, with two single mattresses and separate bedding. The beds were very easy to slide apart from each other and I almost rolled into the gap between them during the night. Would still recommend but be mindful when choosing your room"

"This is absolutely the right place to stay if you're visiting Venice! It's just a 10-minute train ride to Venice (for 1.5 Euros), and staying here also exempts you from Venice's access fee. The room was very spacious and clean, and the bathroom was equally roomy. The location is incredibly convenient, being only about 30 meters from the train station – literally just across the street. What's more, despite its proximity to the station, it was surprisingly quiet. There's a small gym available, which is perfectly adequate. Just a word of caution for Mestre: do be mindful of your belongings, and it's advisable not to venture out after dark."

"The room felt quite small for the price, and the amenities were underwhelming. However, the two large, fully openable windows were a nice touch. There was no complimentary drinking water, which I believe is essential, and the TV wasn’t working. I didn’t reach out to the staff since I didn’t have the time. That said, the hotel is in a fantastic location and maintains a clean environment despite being in an older building. I’ve stayed at NH Collection hotels, including their 5-star properties, and they always seem to fall just short of being great. There’s definitely room for improvement. Lastly, I witnessed a customer requesting wine glasses from reception, only to be denied because the wine was purchased elsewhere—I found this to be poor service."

"我們是中午十二點到達，然後因為威尼斯漲潮，酒店門口都是水，有墊高的木板橋。因為我們行李比較多（5人裏面三個女生，每人一個28寸行李箱），希望酒店幫忙搬進酒店。然後某位白人男前台跟我們説他們衹管酒店裡麪的行李，拒絕幫助。最後我們拜託服務生，才幫我們搬進酒店。在入住的時候，因為我們是預訂了兩間房，第一間我們訂的是royal suite，但是系統和酒店一開始給我們的就是普通房間，我們表達震驚和出示預訂單後才給我們原來的房間（幸好沒人住）。第二間給我們的是對的房間，在三樓，我們有三人入住，酒店沒有電梯，本來應該服務生幫我們搬上樓，但其中一個行李箱被服務生直接放在0層樓梯口喊我們自己拿上去。總的來説，酒店設施和環境都還可以。就是服務態度太差了"

"The hotel location is excellent. It’s just a 3-minute walk to the train and bus stations that go to Venice and the airport. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable and clean, and reception service was okay. But one thing really annoyed me: I don’t understand why a 4-star hotel doesn’t provide a kettle in the room. I drink tea, and there was only a coffee machine available. The reception told me to get hot water from the bar, which is fine, but the hot water looked dirty and didn’t seem clean. Also, the curtains never fully closed, there was always a gap, so it didn’t feel fully private."

"Venice hotels are well known for being old and overpriced, but I'm so glad that I found this hotel. It's new, very clean, very pretty and convenient to everywhere on the island. I will definitely recommend this gem!"

"房間非常棒，很寬敞，兩室一廳的，兩個卧室，一個卧室裏麪是一張大床，另外一個房間酒店會提前問需求，可以按照需求佈置成兩個分開的單人床，或者是一張大床，非常貼心。每個房間和客廳都有空調。客廳裏還有沙發床，有廚房用品，住的久可以自己做做飯，廚房用品一應俱全，有洗碗機，各種調料，非常方便。有洗衣機和烘乾機。還有膠囊咖啡提供，早餐是提供在房間內的各種吃的，有麪包，蛋糕，果汁，牛奶，奶酪，燕麥片等等，非常豐盛。酒店提供了非常詳細的抵達線路，在市中心，S2公交船的里亞託橋站下來後，走路兩分鐘就到了，去聖馬可廣場3分鐘。來威尼斯的如果是一家人，這裏絕對是最佳的住宿場所。"
