"The hotel is in an excellent location. Salute Station is definitely the first choice when entering Venice. It can be quiet and quiet. The hotel is next to the Dormition Church. The other side of the canal is St. Mark's Square. One stop is very convenient for shipping. But San Marco got on the boat directly, and the most important thing to carry luggage was to cross a small bridge with few steps. The design of the hotel is very new. Although only the beggar room is booked, the canal is not visible outside the window, but the area is not small. Breakfast can be eaten by the window. It is the same as breakfast. The hair dryer in the room is good, smooth and has a bathtub The shower room is a shallow basin and the water splashes easily.
Booking was full at that time, and Ctrip was still very happy to book in early July. Although the price was not cheap, but after staying for 24 hours, I felt it was worth it, but when I checked in, the hotel informed me of the reservation information, but the hotel did not give the supplier Confirm the reply, if the room is full, hehe, what is this operation? The payment was also successfully deducted two days before check-in, although it was surprisingly safe, and I received an oversold message on the day of my arrival on the check-in. Let me contact Ctrip."
"The hotel is very convenient to Venice's main attractions and can be reached on foot, but Venice's transportation is more expensive. You can only take a water bus from the train station to the hotel. One way 7 & # 183; The hotel itself is in good condition and the breakfast is plentiful, but unfortunately we have to catch the plane the next day, and the breakfast box prepared by the restaurant is very ordinary."
"I stayed here for 1 night, in a single room, and I was lucky enough to get a room with a balcony. The interiors have an antique feel to them, with parquet and painted wardrobe.
The check in process was very smooth, the location is fantastic, the bed was comfy and clean, the shower had good pressure, and the place was quiet, with ambient chatter sounds from the nearby cafes, which enhanced my holiday-mood.
Great place, I'd love to return for a longer stay."

"Room size is just nice for 4pax. There’s no electric thermos inside the room but staff is kind enough to give hot water. Bathroom is clean. Housekeeping provided new towels daily. Reception is friendly."
"There is air conditioning. You can go to the front desk to ask for a remote control. Disposable slippers are also provided free of charge. There is a disposable shower gel shampoo and soap in the room. The uncle at the front desk looks very kind. But the room style is very depressed and old. I don't like it. I need to pay attention to 🥺 and I opened the bed and found that there was a huge shoe print on my sheets. . . . . But I was too tired and I lay down and slept."

SStellaLouWe had an excellent stay here in Leonardo Royal Hotel. They have everything you need in a hotel. We were lucky to secure a room here for 2 nights at an unbeatable price. Location was super convenient to travel into Venice as well! We love the huge shower area as well. Love our stay here and will recommend :)

SShikha05We stayed at Hampton by Hilton Venice for 2 nights as a couple and had a wonderful experience. Everything about our stay was smooth and hassle-free — from check-in to check-out. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring Venice.
The breakfast was also a highlight — fresh, delicious, and with a good variety. The hotel’s location is convenient, especially if you’re arriving or departing via the airport or train, and the shuttle service makes it even more accessible.
Highly recommend this hotel for a stress-free and comfortable stay near Venice!

GGuest UserThis is a lovely hidden little gem, just outside of venice.
We stayed in a deluxe bubgalow which was a lovely little lodge with an outside decked area and bench.
Theres a fridge ans hairdryer in the room but no kettle, but when i enquired at reception i was given one free of charge. Theres an on site supermarket ans resturant which serves lovely food
Being outside of venice the resort offers a shuttle service for €2.50 per person whoch was quick and easy to book and really convenient, as uber seems ro be at a premium in venice!
There is a lovely pool area which would make this ideal for families. We had a lovely long weekend in venice and would definitely return to hu venezia camping in town.
AAnonymous UserLocation is 💯 - just right in front of Venice Mestre Station - super convenience to take bus to Venezi too.
Room was clean and tidy with all amenities.
The only downside was the soundproof - our room was at the end and share a door with next room so we can hear clearly what others were talking in their room.
Check in & out was easy and straight forward.

AAdam23We had a great experience staying at this hotel! Although it's rated as a three-star property, keep in mind that it’s three stars in Venice—which is definitely not the same as a three-star elsewhere. The charm and quality here exceeded our expectations.
You won’t find a lot of reviews about this hotel, but I did come across a YouTube vlog by a mother who shared her family stay here. She said it was a really good choice—and she turned out to be absolutely right!
We booked a Prestige Room with Canal View and specifically requested Room 101, which we saw on TikTok or YouTube (can't recall exactly where). The photos already impressed us, but the reality was even better. The ceiling was much higher than expected, which gave the room a beautiful, airy feel. The hotel still shows older pictures online, with an outdated TV, but we were happy to find a newer TV already installed.
The amenities were excellent—truly some of the best I’ve experienced in a hotel of this category. Breakfast was on the smaller side, but absolutely sufficient. The cakes and pastries were quite decent, and having them in such a beautiful, old-style interior made it feel like we were stepping back in time—in the best way possible.
A huge shoutout to the staff, who were all genuinely kind and accommodating. We felt their hospitality in even the smallest gestures, and it was very much appreciated.
Lastly, the location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge, close to everything. Being so near the heart of Venice made it easy to go out and explore, then return to rest and recharge. It's also conveniently close to shopping areas, which is a nice bonus.
All in all, this hotel was a hidden gem. If you're looking for a stay that combines charm, comfort, location, and authentic Venetian vibes, this is a fantastic choice. That mother on YouTube was right—it really is a great choice!

GGuest UserA beautiful hotel in possibly the best location in Venice - away from the crowds but only a 10 minute water taxi from St Marks Square. The rooftop pool and bar provide a stunning view.
All staff very helpful and welcoming making our stay perfect.
We would not hesitate to return to the hotel.

GGuest UserI received a message from the store in advance, explaining the route in detail. Take bus No. 2 from the train station and get off at the stop before the Riya Tow Bridge. After getting off the bus, follow the instructions and walk for 5 minutes to the hotel. Go to the second floor to complete the check-in formalities and then work. Staff took 10 minutes to walk to the apartment. Our room is on the second floor, with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with seasonings and a washing machine. The apartment is not in a busy area and is very quiet. It's a few minutes' walk to the river, very convenient. There is a market by the river in the morning where you can buy ingredients, and the seafood is fresh and cheap. Although prices are high in Venice, it is very cheap to buy water and food from supermarkets and markets.

GGuest UserHotel is very good situated, near the waterbus-station, grocery store and a short walk from the Lido beach. Room was new, clean and on the first floor. It had a Hugo shower and good aircondition. The Reception was not the greatest peopleservers but we managed. Breakfast was ok for the price, do not expect anything fancy. I would choose this hotel again because of the location and the newly renovated room 👍
GGuest UserWe arrived at the most expensive hotel (AU$1600 for 3nts, 2 adults) we had ever stayed at, there was no lift to our room on the 1st floor.
I struggled to carry 2 suitcases with no assistance from the gentleman in reception up to the 1st-floor room. This would be very difficult if we were older & unable to carry our cases.
The wi-fi didn't work in the bedrooms only in the public areas - even though we were told it would.
The bedroom had multiple squashed mosquitos on the walls next to the bed.
The lace curtain had a couple of cigarette burns on it.
The bedcover had a cigarette burn on it.
The telephone handset cable was not connected to the .telephone - I tried to fix it but it wouldn't stay in the socket.
The safe was not working.
The instructions to use the safe were so old & worn out you couldn't read them.
The shower wouldn't work properly, so I had to call the person in reception to assist us in getting it working.
You had to get out of the shower cubicle to retrieve shower gel/shampoo/soap. There was nowhere in the shower to put these items. There was no room in the shower at all. I moved the stool in the bathroom to put my shower gel on it & two legs fell off the stool.
The toilet roll holder wouldn't hold the toilet roll and it kept falling off.
The bathroom bin was broken and filthy
The breakfast ran until 10 am, the bread ran out & was not replaced & this was before 9 am.
I am a travel agent & book many guests to stay in cities around the world including Venice
I was upset that this hotel was an extremely poor standard and felt like it ruined the end of my beautiful holiday in Italy.
We would be extremely grateful if you could offer us a credit for our next hotel booking with trip.com, we are in the process of booking our November Asia tour.
Kindest regards

AAnonymous UserVery good experience in this hotel. The very large and clean room. The staff very careful and have gluten-free food. Furthermore, it is very close to the Academia bridge that crosses the great channel. They also have a restaurant in the same hotel. I therefore recommend it 100%.
