I had to leave Princess Guesthouse: the room smells of rotten fish, no air and food smell straight from restaurants below; the madrassas are all to old and soft in the middle, you cannot sleep on them; there is only cold water in the shower, there is no canal view, there and no access to terrace (blocked, door does not open). This is not the product I booked. I had to move out and get another room as host unreasonably did not want to return my money and the smell alone is unbearable, beds were broken in the middle and got fixed 2 of them, but still madras too soft/old. I had to move out. This is not a room to offer anyone. I would like my money back! This ruined my stay in Venice and my back, my sleep, my happiness! The host does not speak English and didn’t show up as I was there in the room which I messaged several times about. This is sadly not a place to stay!

Worst experience ever in a hotel!!! The bathrooms were shared with unknown people, the room as old with peeling walls, lack of doors in the wardrobes, broken door (almost falling off its hinges), mattresses absolutely to be changed is the truly exaggerated price. €250 a night for 3 people, I almost wanted to leave!!!

Fabulous place in the beautiful district of Venice the apartment is very particular as it is old the room we had was particularly bright and with a beautiful view of the rio excellent conditioning and I found a lot of courtesy and availability
