The hotel is very convenient to Venice's main attractions and can be reached on foot, but Venice's transportation is more expensive. You can only take a water bus from the train station to the hotel. One way 7 & # 183; The hotel itself is in good condition and the breakfast is plentiful, but unfortunately we have to catch the plane the next day, and the breakfast box prepared by the restaurant is very ordinary.

The location of this hotel is great no complaints about it, the stuff is nice friendly and helpful too. The room itself is old without anything other than beds cardboard and a very old school hair dryer. I don’t know why but they don’t even have something to hang the toilet paper which is pretty funny. The 1st day the housekeeper was good we came back to a nicely cleaned room, the 2nd day was like the housekeeper just did what the eyes can see they never even clear away the old towels and all. If a short stay for the location it’s alright but as a 4 star hotel I have no idea how they got it.

Very suitable for family travellers, the bar takes care of preparing hot water for babies every day, and the attitude is super good. The network is not very powerful, everything else is fine. The restaurant is highly recommended!

The hotel is in an excellent location. Salute Station is definitely the first choice when entering Venice. It can be quiet and quiet. The hotel is next to the Dormition Church. The other side of the canal is St. Mark's Square. One stop is very convenient for shipping. Although the price was not cheap, but after staying for 24 hours, I felt it was worth it, but when I checked in, the hotel informed me of the reservation information, but the hotel did not give the supplier Confirm the reply, if the room is full, hehe, what is this operation? Love everything about this hotel! It is run by a family and they are very attentive to all your needs. It was a former convent so the rooms are all a little funky in a good way and since we booked directly with their website, we were immediately upgraded to a room with a huge terrace. The location is perfect - just enough off the Grand Canal to be quiet and yet with a lively bar and restaurant scene right out the door. Ask for a room at the rear of the hotel if you are sensitive to noise. The breakfast room is sweet and the selections varied. Best coffee of all the hotels we stayed in. I can't stress enough how wonderful the staff was. This is now my go-to hotel in Venice.

We stayed one night on a weekend during the carnival. The room is very beautiful and well-kept. The location is more than excellent. Breakfast is not rich in variety, but of excellent quality. The balcony overlooking the Grand Canal must be mentioned. Wonderful.

The train station takes a taxi (boat) - 5 minutes to the hotel pier, and the public pier is at the hotel entrance, very convenient. This time the room was divided into the top floor with a terrace. It is said to be the only one. It is simply unparalleled scenery and enjoyment. I have been to Venice before, but I never thought I could enjoy the skyline of this beautiful city like this. I really hope to stay in this room next time. The hotel breakfast room also shocked me, walking up the grand staircase through the gorgeous hall, immediately reminiscent of the marquis and ladies who had been here all day long hundreds of years ago. Compared with the environment breakfast itself is a bit inferior, but it doesn't matter. There are delicious things everywhere, and this environment is rare. Dinner is also enjoyed at the hotel, the price is not expensive, and the taste is much better than the restaurant outside, I think it is not easy to find a decent restaurant in Venice, rather than wasting time recommending hotel dining.

And you can choose breakfast every morning. Even better, some concerts and parties are often held in the evening. I see they are trying best to create a better and comfortable accommodation environment here.

GGuest UserRoom size is good with nice decoration, bathroom in a good size and nice too. A good deal to stay in. Just cross the road at the hotel entrance, turn a bit right then left to excess the short iron stairs in blue color reaching the bridge, the bus # 2, 7 & 7E is right on it. Just 1-2 mins walk and only about 4 stops ride about 10-15 mins to reach Venice bus terminal, will definitely stay there again if I come back! The downside is the breakfast has not much selection, but it’s ok with the price!

GGuest UserWhen we arrived we realised that all the previous reviews were correct. The area is not safe at all and there are men hanging around on the corner of the hotel for hours on end. I know this isn’t the hotels fault, however, there’s no extra security in place and hotel reception staff aren’t 24/7. On the 3rd night, due to there not being aircon, we had to leave the window open (these windows open 2 different ways - like a normal window or a safety way where only the top opens towards the room). At 3.30am we were woken up to an intruder who was trying to break into our room through trying to open the window from the outside by using a metal screwdriver to open it. We had to shout, scream and push the door shut and as two ladies in a room we couldn’t get back to sleep. There was no phone in the room to contact reception, which wouldn’t have mattered anyway as there was no one around. It was horrible & when we tried to tell the lady at reception the next day, she didn’t do anything, just said she’d check the cameras like she didn’t believe us. We were in such a hurry to leave the hotel. We were in a room separate from the main hotel, down the road, which looked like old council flats. The room itself is very basic. Nothing in the mini fridge, our window was broken on the first day and we had to wait 30 minutes for a handy man to come and fix it. We only got one pillow and even though we asked for another one, we never got it. The beds were really hard and our bedding wasn’t changed, just made everyday. The shower was exceptionally small but it was powerful. you can hear every single thing that happens in the rooms next door. We were woken up by people showering in different rooms at 6am. The breakfast is very dissatisfying. There are two sittings - on our first day the breakfast lady refused us entry as our names hadn’t been put on the sheet where you have to say which sitting - an error by the reception staff as we had booked the night before. The breakfast itself had all ran out by the time we were able to sit down. 1 bit of cheese left and no fruit. Very basic so we decided to get breakfast out the next day. As there are no reception staff, we couldn’t check out before 8am, however we had to be at the airport for 8.30 so we went to reception to hand the key back in. The lady was very rude and told us we should’ve checked out last night? How would we have got into our room? she also was rude and told us that we should’ve booked our taxi the night before too (even though the previous staff who were very helpful said come to reception in the morning. We left feeling very unsafe and worried that we hadn’t been able to check out. We were hoping to speak to the manager but the woman just walked away. It’s such a shame as the younger staff were really helpful and friendly at the start. But it’s not safe - I wouldn’t feel safe on my own and I didn’t feel safe with two of us. It is close to the train station, but you don’t feel safe walking there

GGuest UserHad a 2 night stay booked in the Hilton Stucky, in a Club room, Venice. Arrived at 11am as we just came off a cruise. Unable to check in till 3pm which was unfortunate. Got access to the executive lounge and to say I was disappointed is an understatement, looks like a corridor off the main lounge, as there was no solid divider the noise was too much, have used Hilton brand around the world and as a past Diamond member, was left disappointed with this one. After checking in at 3pm we went to the room, 3rd floor, take something to leave a trail as there are many corridors to navigate to get to the room. The suit was large and tidy, but overall it looked dated & tiered Plenty storage Bathroom was large with Bath & shower, problems with them draining. Also a lot of mould in shower Not that I watch a lot of Tv, but only 3 English channels, 2 news programs Take plenty of bug spray, as lots of bugs in the hotel and they bite a lot Good shuttle into St Marks, every 30mins, only takes 39 pax at a time, so beware at busy times. Never ate in the hotel, so cannot comment. Sky bar gives excellent views over Venice and bar staff very friendly. Does get busy

FFelixThe accommodations are beautiful. Generally speaking, the whole hotel is beautiful and the staff and the service is very forthcoming. 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because of the breakfast. The waiting time is just way too long. We were waiting for approximately an hour and haven’t even gotten something to drink, while others were waiting for an hour to get bread (we left after 50min without getting something to drink). Would recommend the hotel but not its breakfast, unless you have a lot of time to spare.

You dont have to drag your luggage or use the water taxi to check in your hotel.
Downside is the 1st room was assigned to us is so smelly untill we couldnt take it and call to change another room instead.
Luckily the customer officer on duty, he came to our room and take a look and agreed to change us to another room which was actually at the other building.
We really appreciate that and he did apologized for what we encounter and give us a complimentary 2 glasses of wine.
yet, so much time wasted on check in and check out process, and the hotel has got so much stair, even it bring you to the exact floor but there is still up and down stairs which you have to suffer to carry your heavy luggage in order to check in to your room. I guess thats how most of the European hotel being structured and designed but its so much hassle if u have a heavy luggage to travel around Europe.
The 2nd room is bigger yet hot water dint work properly for the 1st night, i was shower in shirvering, and thats probably how i catch my flu!
The kettle in the room after we boiled the water, there is a layer of Wax appear on the water surface, which I dont know why and it looks dirty to me.. hence I have asked to change the kettle too, and luckily they bring us a new one which fix the issue.
Overall, if you are only loooking for the convenient and doesnt mind so much on the size of the room and comfortability, you can still go ahead with this hotel.

GGuest UserIt was a nice experience overall. There is a €3.60 city tax per person per night that's added on and can only be paid in cash which was inconvenient. There is tea/coffee provided in the room, however, they also charge to refill them if you use any. Breakfast is an extra €5 per person and breakfast lasts less than 3 hours (7am-9:45am) which is a bit inconvenient if you want to sleep in or if you have to get up early. The desk staff is moderately friendly. When we first arrived they weren't too friendly but the evening and check out attendants were nicer. The room is pretty small and really only enough room to eat around the perimeter of the bed. The bathroom is decently sized, however, the shower didn't have a door so water pools out onto the floor unless you huddle close to the shower head and even then... The TV is very small and not easily seen if you are vision impaired. My biggest complaint, however, is how hard the bed was. There's little to no cushion on the mattress. I woke up both mornings I was there and had back and hip pain (I'm 28 yrs old in relatively good physical condition). It is close to sleeping on the floor. There was a closet with a nice amount of space to put our things. There is also am elevator to access the floors which was convenient on days that we walked a ton. The lobby is nice and clean and has some seating areas. We did not explore the bar or breakfast areas. The hotel itself is located near the water bus station for easy access to Venice. It is also on a strip of shops and restaurants. Granted most things on the island of Lido do close early and a lot of them are temporarily closed but still marked as open on Google maps. Plan accordingly and call places ahead of time. I've included pictures of the bathroom which was overall nice, however, I didn't take pictures of the bedroom as it was small and hard to get a good angle.

GGuest UserConsigliato vivamente, Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo e siamo stati benissimo, a due passi dal canal grande a 20 minuti a piedi da piazza san marco . Vicinissima alla stazione e dal punto di di partenza degli autobus per l'aeroporto, le stanze molto pulite il personale attento e gentile e premuroso, la colazione abbondante e variegata.

AAnonymous UserVery good experience in this hotel. The very large and clean room. The staff very careful and have gluten-free food. Furthermore, it is very close to the Academia bridge that crosses the great channel. They also have a restaurant in the same hotel. I therefore recommend it 100%.

Rialto Bridge
DDM-04You definitely have to see this unique bridge when you are in Venice. it is divided into 3 sections. the middle one has shops on the bridge (both sides) and on either side of this are steps to go up and down. You can enjoy the beautiful view of Grand Canal from here. There are water taxi’s, water buses and gondola’s going up and down the canal. Best time to go is early morning or in the evening when it is less busy. There are hawkers selling red roses so you can have a romantic moment there and capture them.
Doge's Palace
MMaxSThe Doge's Palace, or Palazzo Ducale, in Italy in the city of Venice on St. Mark's Square is an amazing structure. The residence of the rulers, the parliament building, the place of secret affairs of the Inquisition and the imprisonment of criminals. The structure surprises with chiseled colonnades, Gothic arches, crenellated walls and looks exquisite and sophisticated in a city on the water. How did it all began? The construction of the residence of the head of the Venetian Republic (Doge) began in 810. The first palace building looked like a harsh castle surrounded by water, with observation towers and defensive moats. The Doge's Palace was built and decorated for six centuries, changing during this time. With the development and strengthening of the republic, the fortress towers and walls were demolished, filling up the moats. The residence was on fire twice, and each time the building was restored. The palace was revived for the third time in 1419, turning into an exquisite building full of luxury. Building has a special look. Masters Pietro Bazeio and Filippo Calendario created the palace in an elegant Gothic style with Byzantine splendor, combining various architectural trends. When looking at the eclectic architecture, at first it seems illogical that the massive part stands on light openwork arches: the palace resembles an overturned ship.

You need to book ahead for both - which we did.So we set off for the Clock Tower first thing and after a short wait, went up (~100 m). The view provided a terrific perspective of Venice - its red terracotta rooftop tiles, and the various islands to the south and east. A good start to the day
