A great little spot a 20 minute bus ride from Venice. The bus stops right in front of the hotel and is a direct ride to and from the island of Venice. A very nice, clean, comfortable room quite near several restaurants and a grocery store. A very nice bathroom and shower with a small refrigerator and microwave. The only negative is the tv has no English speaking channels. This is a small property of I think 3 rooms and no real front desk but the owner did leave his card with the entrance code by the door. Since we were not sure when we would arrive he was not able to be there but I think if you could tell him a tight range he would be there for you. Added bonus was he gave us ride to the airport for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend!

Avevamo già soggiornato anni fa sempre mel periodo a avallo dell'Immacolata. Ottima soluzione per chi voglia soggiornare nei pressi di Venezia senza stare in città. Location molto pulita e profumata calda e accogliente. Luminosa e spaziosa. Forniti asciugamani phon e sapone

Scelto per caso in quanto vicino a casa di mia figlia ci siamo fermati tre notti in questo posto bellissimo pulitissimo e molto curato. ottima posizione tranquilla bar sottostante con colazione ottima non adatto ai disabili
