Location was the best part about this hotel, it’s minutes away from Santa Lucia station so it’s really convenient if you have luggages, or need to catch the train. Breakfast was basic but decent.

A perfect location to settle down and explore Venice. The staff very helpful and responsible. Original room A/C not working and luckily there is an empty room for changing.

If you stay on the main island, I recommend this hotel. No need to drag your suitcase across the bridge, it's only a 3-minute walk from the train station. The room is also quite large. For a family of 4, I was given a large bed and two single beds. If you don't have time to eat breakfast, they will make a note in advance to take it away for you, which is quite considerate

POSITIVE:
- Perfect location, close to the station.
- Very friendly staff.
- Good breakfast.
- Very comfortable room.
NEGATIVE:
- We were two days without hot water.
- On the Trip page there was a tax of €8.60 to pay, and at the hotel it was €12.

Very good location, very close to the pier and train station. The service staff has a good attitude. The breakfast is good, but the food will not be replenished. We went to eat at 9.30 in the morning and some food was already gone.

It was very convenient as we didn't have to use the water taxi and the hotel was close to the station.
Venice has an image of having a lot of old buildings, but this hotel has been renovated and is very clean and tidy!
The interior is also lovely.
The room was spacious enough to spread out two suitcases and was perfect.
There was a wide variety of options for breakfast.
My reservation hadn't been reflected when I checked in, but the Japanese-speaking staff member kindly helped me out and was very helpful!
