Close to everything, very well located. You can do everything on foot. Great service and incredible breakfast.

Stayed here for two nights last weekend and the hotel was in an amazing location, close to everything, easy enough to find with the help of Google maps, friendly staff, clean rooms which were small but comfy enough for the price... didn't have breakfast as not many seats and so many cafes nearby... would stay here again...

Four people, dad and three young adult children - three beds. As expected in Venice, hotel was older and smaller. Not cheap, but neither were the alternatives. Fantastic location. Arrived early and left our luggage, when we returned they were in our room. Hard to find, only sign is on the doormat - use the address. Breakfast looked to be only continental but when we sat down, we were asked by the hostess if we wanted eggs, toast and hot tea - it was great. Room had a safe which was perfect for our passports. Would definitely stay there again.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Unless you want an awful experience, of course. This hotel is purely functioning on old fame. Here is what happened to us: We booked the hotel through ***********, hoping for a great holiday. After we checked in, the person at the reception told us that there was no hot water in the hotel and that he doesn't know if and when there will be. We went up the room, the hotel looked old and tiny. The pictures on Booking looked nice, while in reality the rooms were nothing like it. Everything was old, the bed had stains on it from God knows what, the hairdryer wasn't working at all and was full of dirt. We immediately went back to the reception saying this was totally unacceptable for a 3-star hotel in the centre of Venice and that we wanted to check out. The guy did not seem to care, said he can't do anything about it. We demanded to speak with the manager and he also refused to connect us. Very disappointed, we had to find another hotel and I'm glad we did since the other one we found was a million times better that this rat hole. We demanded a refund through *********** since the hotel didn't provide basic needs like hot water, but the hotel refused and did not refund us in full although we didn't stay even one night there. The hotel even lied to *********** that we didn't check in at all with hopes that we don't give a bad review. Totally disrespectful and bad service. Conclusion: There are a ton of great hotels in Venice, don't waste you money and hopes for a good time on this one.

TLDR: This hotel is a total SCAM, do not risk ruining your holiday! Unhelpful, disrespectful, uncooperative, poor service and overall accommodation. We had high hopes for a dreamy three-day stay in Venice, but our experience at hotel Torino quickly turned into a nightmare. Upon check-in, we were informed that there was no hot water in the entire hotel. When we asked when the issue would be resolved, we were met with vague answers and no clear solution. We demanded to speak to the manager, but they refused to connect us. Post-vacation, we finally got a name - Francesa. Apparently, Francesca does not respect her customers enough to have the dignity to explain her poor management face to face or at least compensate them for the terrible experience received. Hotel Torino refused to work with us to find a solution to the issue, leaving us with no choice but to search for another hotel on the spot. Naturally, we requested a full refund for our unused stay. However, Torino not only refused to refund us in full but also lied to *********** to prevent us from leaving a negative review. Overall, hotel Torino is a complete disaster. Their poor service, lack of basic amenities, and disrespectful treatment of guests make it clear that they do not value their customers' time or money. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this hotel at all costs.

I booked Hotel Torino as a treat for running the Venice Marathon in October 2022. I know they have a no cancellation policy but I would never have cancelled, even if my training didn't go well, I would have still travelled to Venice to watch the marathon and spend time with my husband. Unfortunately, there was an Italian air Strike the day I was meant to fly, I was devastated as I was really prepared for the race. Since then, the hotel booking company, my credit card company and my travel insurance company have tried to engage with Hotel Torino to try and negotiate any sort of refund or a voucher in return for the £658 which I paid for the room for 3 nights. Hotel Torino have completely refused to even speak with anyone, I have personally emailed them and actually sent a personal letter to their Manager but have had no reply whatsoever. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER - DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM

The location of the hotel is very nice and Wi-Fi connection was good. The lady that was managing breakfast was very nice and room was cleaned daily, fresh towels were provided. But... the room was super tiny, when we put our luggage we had no space to walk. Same with the bathroom. Rooms are nothing like in pictures and our room was not Venetian style at all. There were no hangers to put our stuff or to hang wet towels in the bathroom. Water was either hot or cold, nothing between. We had construction site right behind our windows and the room was over the kitchen so it was loud from the early morning. We also couldn't open windows due to the dust and dirt going straight into the room. The view was from he room is on another building and roofs. Air-con almost did not work so it was super hot - glad there was not so hot outside either way we could not stay there. When we requested change of the room they offered us another one with such a low ceiling that my husband couldn't stand straight there so we had to stay in the original one. They do not have double beds, the only option they have are two single beds connected together with two separate mattresses which were slipping from the bed during the night giving us absolutely dreadful and uncomfortable sleep. The person who was checking us in did not speak English so he did not tell us anything, we did not know what time breakfast starts/ends. The lift was broken and you had to hold the button to go up which was a bit scary. Breakfast was tasty but super basic - scrambled eggs, one type of cheese, one type of ham, coffee was awful. Some sweet pastries were also given, but there weren't much when they started having more guests. Staff working there seemed to be very tired and overworked - they should definitely invest more in them and care about people working there better. I really felt sorry for the staff as they did their best to make us happy but simply did not have enough capacity. Overall this hotel was absolutely not worth the price (we paid almost 250 Euro/night) - you pay only for the location. The quality of stay was very low.

Except the location, nothing was worth the price. We paid 485€/night for a 2bedroom apartment. It was not clean, it was full of mosquitoes, the heat was not working. Also, do not pay cash here. They preauthorise your card with the full amount 2 days before arrival, for 30 days, even though when you book it says that you don’t pay anything beforehand and you should pay at the property. We paid cash and I was left with another 485€ blocked on my card for a whole month. The bank asked for proof of cancellation of the preauthorisation but they wouldn’t give me any.
