Worst hotel that i have ever been in. Trust me guys it waste of money. It’s trash. Don’t even think to stay there. You probably want to spend your time in Venice’s beautiful streets and canals. But after that don’t even think to take a shower because you won’t have a hot water in your room !!! It was terrible !! Even the sink is not working ! It would be better if you stay in the streets !

This hotel is an absolute disaster. It's like stepping into a time warp to the dark ages of hospitality. Not only is there zero phone signal and non-existent Wi-Fi, but the staff couldn't care less about your comfort. We begged for an air conditioning remote, but they couldn't be bothered to deliver it promptly, resulting in a sauna-like room filled with mosquitoes from the open windows. And don't even get me started on the lack of basic toiletries and the chaotic check-out process with no staff in sight. As for the affiliated restaurant, it's a culinary nightmare. The dishes are a sad excuse for food, with uncleaned seafood served alongside poorly balanced pasta dishes. Save yourself the agony and steer clear of this hotel from hell. Fake Photo on the add

I can't choose what I liked the most!!!; whether the use of a plastic fan instead of air conditioning, the humidity in the room or the electrical extension about to explode for using the fan and not dying of the heat. You never receive assistance from staff as such, you have to resolve everything via wspp and my conclusion is that the same people who are responsible for the restaurant where they serve you dinner as a service included in the room rental, are the same people in charge of the hotel and who obviously, can't be in two places at the same time. A total mockery. The lack of attention from their staff, they never showed up. To summarize: 1.- First time in my life as a traveler that I receive the keys to the hotel, that is, the keys to enter the hotel because there is no staff to receive you and give you your room key. The keys (to your room as well as the hotel) are left at the reception and you have to wait for a guest to leave (wait 1 hour) so that it coincides with your wait and you can enter. 2.- I have traveled to Cuba (Havana), a country with around 50 years of backwardness for various reasons, and not even there have I received SUCH BAD TREATMENT as I received at this hotel.

It was the worst hotel of my life! Dirty beds, full of hair and bedbugs, without any kind of service available or a welcome to access the structure. Bad smell in the environment and no kind of friendliness. HORROR

We had a good time, the hotel is in one of the most liveable and beautiful districts of Venice. Since the booking we appreciated Cristina's kindness. The structure is a two star, our room comfortable and quiet. The bathroom maybe a little small but very clean. The price includes lunch or dinner instead of breakfast and that's fine because there are bars and pastry shops nearby. I think we will return on occasion. Thank you
