這是一個家庭旅館，位於一個小巷子裏，跟其他河景房不同，這裏衹能看到周圍其他房子的牆壁和天空。房間挺大，但是似乎房間的燈有點少，夜晚會很暗，衞生間的馬桶不是很乾凈，馬桶蓋不帶緩沖，每次忘記扶着馬桶蓋放下，發出噗通一聲巨響會把我自己嚇一跳。淋浴間的排水不好，洗澡後外面回滲出許多水。
狹窄的樓梯是個噩夢，提着28寸的行李箱上樓簡直半條命沒了。早餐很豐富，但不是自助的，是點餐形式的，我受夠了在意大利點餐，因為歐洲的菜單跟日本不一樣，他們沒有圖片，都是文字，所以早餐花了我15分鐘點餐，詞彙量已經盡力了。
要説最不滿意的是房間的暖氣，跟其他歐洲用的暖氣片不同，這家用的是暖風機，開的時候噪音很大，無法入睡，但不開又非常冷。我凍了一夜沒睡好。總之，我不推薦。
