Room was good but rates for the size offered. Beds and stay was comfortable. Food was OK not excellent. Extended stay was not given but were kind enough to keep luggage secure. Overall, we liked it despite a high tariff. Please improve the breakfast quality and originality

Hotel is located near to all attractions. Staffs & services provided by them was commendable. Food service is available all the time. The facility was renovated recently & did have all the amenities. The rooms are very cleaned & well managed.

The hotel staff was very helpful and gracious. The rooms were very comfortable. The bed and pillows were soft and fluffy. Had a good night's sleep. The breakfast and dinner was delicious with many varieties of food. The managers Vaishnavi and Pritam were very helpful. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

Overall stay was good. Front desk was helpful, but the day we were leaving our flight was not until 3 pm, and our pickup was not until 12:30pm, asked if we could check out a little later than 11am, they denied with reason that that hotel is fully booked. So we checked out and sat at the reception area. Restaurant end could improve in customer service. We had booked our room including our morning breakfast, they weren't courteous in welcoming and explaining what was offered. I could see other guests being treated well. Not sure , because I was being well kind the staff the previous two days. I don't know.
