The location is central and most of the tourist sites are easy to access. Good sized rooms and clean bathrooms. House keeping is efficient. Fabulous breakfast menu and delicious food. The hotel is located very close to all the railway stations and is accessible by the faster roads to go into the city and Sarnath. Room rates are very affordable and service exceeds the prices.

My stay in Varanasi was made memorable by the staff of Hotel Arcadia. The staff here is very courteous and very helpful. They guided me appropriately whenever I asked for something. He coordinated and understood my travel needs in and out side Varanasi very well. My overall experience with QRTravels is par excellence. Mr.Javed is an Asset to QRTravels.His grasp on traveller needs is genuinrly competent and gives experienced advice to visit places , temples. Ghats etc. systametically in a time and cost effective manner. I wil recommend 10 out of 10 Diamond Hotel and QRTravels for pilgrimage and sightseeing tour to Varanasi, Prayagraj,Ayodhya, Sarnath. Best place to stay around Assi ghat and around.staff and management fantastic 👌. Food was amazing aswell .stayed for 2 months and whole experience was so great. Very close to ghats,durga kund,Tulsi manas,sankat mochan. My main purpose was to stay close to Tulsi ghat where Tulsi ji lived and wrote Ram charita manas and want to feel that vibe and surrender myself for 41 days bathing in maa ganga every morning and evening. Was great experience. Thank you once again Haifa.suresh

Very nice hotel, helpful staff, good housekeeping, and best in a peaceful location, away from the continuous hustle and city noise. Authentic banarasi silk saree workshops around, in addition to nice hotels in the vicinity. Not great for food, but who cares in the city with the world's best food options everywhere.

Excellent hotel with all amenities. At par of 3 Star catagory. Room are quite big with central A.C, Staffs are very cooperative and down to the earth. Only drawback is restaurant is not yet operational, use to provide room service from outsourced partners though rate of food is very reasonable

GGuest UserThis was my first time visiting Varanasi & we wanted to pre book our stay to avoid any hassles. After doing an extensive research on the Internet and speaking with various vendors we finally came across Baba Guest House. The owner Gopal Jha was extremely polite and helpful with sharing the right information and he also showed us the room via video call. Baba Guest House is conveniently located on Munshi Ghat and all major attractions like Dasashwamedh Ghat & Kashi Vishwanath temple are at walking distance. All the ghats in Varanasi are well connected and you can just walk by them by exiting the guest house. The rooms are clean and comfortable and as this is a family business we experienced a very friendly vibe and Gopal Ji and his family were amazing hosts. We celebrated Holi at the property as they had arranged a small event on their rooftop and it was the best Holi celebration ever. Great location, awesome Wi-Fi speed, safe and secure accommodation. There is a rooftop cafe called Aadha Aadha which serves a decent spread. We totally recommend staying at Baba Guest House for a comfortable and memorable experience in Varanasi.

Tourist trap alert : Don't book this so called hotel : it is actually not a hotel but a makeshift one with a few rooms kept aside for rental with the callous owner running his legal office in the same premises . There are no trained staff to take care of guests with one inept and very sad looking individual kept for errands . They insist on collecting the full due amount after a booking at the time of checking in with no option for cancellation once you see the place. They probably know that no one will come back here for a 2nd visit . Reasons : 1) Location deep inside a myriad of narrow alleys. Parking is a nightmare . You have to carry your bags up to the door and then up the stairs as there is no elevator. 2) Free breakfast scam : there is no place set aside for this. A minimal breakfast is supposedly sent to the room purposely after 9 am by some 3rd party which is not practical for anyone visiting temples in morning hours or checking out early . 3) Poor amenities: they skimp on basic items like a towel , soap and do not provide enough items even after requesting . The rooms , bathrooms are sub standard , unsafe with wet floors and inconvenient . 4) No provision of heating during the cold winter even in the so called deluxe rooms which were sold saying they had AC. Overall This place is a definite NO NO. No stars Absolutely zero star

JJIMore than 400 stays, the door and a row of groceries paved together, the street is bustling. The surrounding environment is just like the chaos in other comments. I didn't want to get off if I didn't use the hotel's car pick-up. The room is fairly new, the shower switch is quite new, it is not convenient to twist, the hard hand hurts. I read the previous comment that there is no hot water. When I first tried it, I did not have hot water. It was a little warm. I tried the water temperature in the morning, noon, afternoon, evening, evening, and late at night. It seems that there is only hot water in the middle of the night and in the morning, and it is hot to the hot. I estimate that it is possible that the hotel's boiler capacity is limited, and there is no hot water when the water is at its peak. One thing to be reminded is that this hotel is a vegetarian hotel. No matter whether it is breakfast or Chinese, there is no egg, not to mention the meat. I don't know how the breakfast photos were taken when someone commented on it. Anyway, the hotel waiter said that there are no eggs. The hotel also did not have wine, but the waiter said that he could quietly send me to the room. When the waiter cleaned the room, I took away my personal toothpaste toothbrush. I called the room service to protest and knew that the situation would directly hang my phone. Stayed in the hotel for 3 days and used the hotel's car 3 times (receiving and sending local traffic). The first two services were very good. The driver was not easy. In the crowded road, the left and right sides of the needle were fully displayed to show the Indian driver's superb driving. Level. The driver of the third car was haunted, chatting all the way, keeping the speed at 20 yards, all the way was overtaken by other cars, and looked at the messy environment outside, I shrank back the hand that wanted to push the door. Fortunately, I have plenty of time to go to the airport. For the hotel to the airport pick-up and drop-off is 1000 rupees, I see a comment saying that I want 1200 rupees, I don't know if I am a big bargain this time.

GGuest UserA quiet and comfortable hotel tucked in one of the busy main roads of Benaras. The hotel has a good location with multiple choices of public travel (Uber, Ola, local autos and e-rickshaws) to reach the temples, ghats and local shopping areas. The hotel has an elegant aura that makes you feel immediately welcomed with neat and spacious rooms. The staff are very efficient and polite and forthcoming to share local details when asked. Amongst the best things that will take me back again to the hotel on my next visit are the hotel's respect for guest's privacy and the excellent food at their restaurant.

One of the most comfortable bed and shower during our stay in North India. The food is awesome. Staffs are helpful. Very close to the main Ghat and Temple yet surprisingly very quiet and peaceful location. Finding their contact number was difficult but it was worth the discount we got on direct booking.

GGuest UserIt’s an excellent hotel with a commendable position in the heart of varanasi known as godowlia chawk. kashi vishwanath temple is just 600mtr away. plus this hotel has balcony view from where you can see lacs of devotees passes every day every minute. hotel staffs are extremely helpful, rooms are airy and fresh, ac was good. room service was there. in one word i would rate it 9/10 😉
