Not worth the money charged by the hotel.
Not a very good experience for me.
Door lock faulty.
Sanitary fittings faulty.
Toiletries were not available in room according to the guest occupancy and I needed to ask for it .
Food in restaurant was not good also and limited menu for breakfast also.
Overall average experience and not worth tarrif charges.

So many opportunities to improve! My 2 night stay booked by my travel agent, encountered wonderful but novice staff all willing to help, but unable to resolve issues. Food quality and pricing including the dinner and breakfast buffet(s) is excellent, flavourful, (a little too spicy for me, but good).... however tables, mats, chairs all need a thorough cleaning. Outside of that, issues include poor internet in my room (1016) as a windowless room has poor reception.... was a major issue for me! Hot water for showering is warm at best.... watch for slippery marble floor in shower. In room safe is Not bolted to the wall and easily removed. Lots of maintenance issues needed. Really it's a 4 star hotel downgraded to a 3 star for many of these issues.

Mr.Pranshu was really helpful. The services are very good and one of the best thing is that it's near by to all the tourist attractions. Yow will easily able to explore the things. Food was awsome and the buffet breakfast was really good.nice

Hotel staff r quite quick and polite but not worth paying more than 3-4 k as rooms r not maintained linen not upto mark untidy kettle poor quality toiletries & u need to ask for every small amenity needed in room .Don't expect face towel or paper napkins in rooms.

The hotel is very good with big spacious rooms. The hotel staff is also very courteous. Everyone was polite and ready to service whenever required. Overall hospitality is extremely good. Would like to stay again if needed to come to Banaras.

Dinner and lunch are very god, stafff are also good. Service also very good.. The area of your Hotel sre locatef near by city. It is very convenient. All employees treated us friendly. Especially I liked Mr Vishal,'s captainship and smiling face, way of treating customers. Fantastic food, rooms, clening staff.Thanks evryone. Special thanks to managrr Rajiv and group.
